I have a lover and I have a friend. My friend and college pal is dying and shocked me by revealing he was deeply into astrology and it is helping him make decisions and find peace in his final months. His disease is a progressive form of Parkinsons that was diagnosed many years ago. My new lady lover is also deeply into astrology but never made it much of an issue in our relationship until I brought my friend on this fishing trip in Alaska and he revealed his belief and commitment to astrology to me. When I told my lover of this revelation she took it as a "sign" and made a birth chart for me and told me to ask my friend to explain the matches to me - that I would be very surprised by the power of what he said. I'm hesitant to do this. My friend is battling his own emotions and I didn't want to make him feel worse by interpreting a chart full of hope or romance for me because he has neither left in his life. Could someone please answer a simple question about the conclusions drawn from the birth chart my lover made so I can understand its significance? Here are the "matches" she described between she and I to ask my friend to explain. Would someone please explain them to me?OUR MATCHES: K.'s Venus 1 degree Taurus, Stella's Venus 9 Taurus.

Mariner,Different astrologers will form different conclusions about a chart, so trying to figure out what another astrologer meant is often very difficult. However, I could give you my thoughts if you post both person's chart information or images of both charts. If posting chart information, use the format:
Month Day, Year
City County/Province State/Country

Thank you for the reply. I wish I could answer your questions but I can't. My lover is fresh - a few months - and I don't know her very well. My friend has been my business partner for 31 years. On this trip we shared the fleeting days of his life doing the thing he loves best - fishing in a vast untamed land. My lover is important to me and she was very excited to hear my friends depth of interest in astrology. She is only trying to impress me with "our" connection from the matches listed in my original post. She asked me to get my friend to tell me how wonderful they are and their meaning but that doesn't seem appropriate to me - this trip is about him and our long friendship. I would very much apreciate a simple overview of the matches meaning or direction to a reputable phone astrologer I could consult. I don't have to know all the details of the matches - just their import and maybe a few specifics.Thanks in advance-

how come you can't just, in passe or even fishing, laughingly tell your friend that your lover thinks you should pass the two of yous info to the friend because the lover thinks the friend has a gift for interpretting charts and since you thought about asking for so long, now you are curious too?as far as i've experienced, people who are suffering from a debilitating disease aren't one's to permanently cut themselves off from their interests or cut themselves off from feeling like they are doing something worthwhile or beneficial to someone. as a matter of fact, many people i've known who were suffering from debilitating diseases didn't like when people felt like they had to walk on eggshells around them. sick or not, your friend is your friend and will always be your friend. please don't let what if's permeate you and your friend's relationship now. i have a feeling you really want to know what your friend says about the chart and you don't want to tell your lover you won't do it. a billion interps from different astrologers and such could never satisfy for you, what your friend might say. I agree with Amisha, Mariner. Also, let me add that your friend will find your needing him even in his current state as a potential inspiration to continue living and helping many others. This can actually delay his death, irrespective of what fraudulent scientists think. Trelang Swami of Benaras lived in excess of 300 years. A former Court Judge is witness to the proof of a Siddhar in India living in excess of 200 years because his ancestor's life was saved by the Siddhar.

Mariner,In order to create an accurate astrological chart, your lover would have had to have had your birth time. So you could either check the chart for your lover's birth information, or ask her for it directly. If she is into astrology, she will accept a request for birth information as "going with the territory"!  If you DO get this information from your lover, please post both YOUR birth information and HER birth information. However, the fact that she picked out matches which she thought best illustrated the relationship indicates that there are matches which she LEFT OUT. And these matches might be as good, or better, an indication of any issues in your relationship. For that reason I am leaving off doing ANY interpreting until I can see the WHOLE chart and give you my thoughts. Urging completeness in astrological interpretation, Tim IP: Logged |
