Without going into your entire chart, what is happening now is you have transiting (planets in the sky) Neptune (spirituality, also confusion) conjuncting (energy is combined with) your Nadir (inner world) while at the same time Saturn (duty, also structure, career) is conjuncting your Midheaven (outer world). So you have confusion in your inner world while you need to add structure to your outer world! This can get you feeling a little...disconnected, I could imagine!

It's OK. Just "go with the flow" (to use a Neptune phrase). Accept the inner confusion, perhaps do some meditation in your spare time (if there IS any spare time! ). At the same, make sure you are taking a structured, rational approach to dealing with the OUTER world, including your career, which may be "peaking" in some way or another. It is a challenge balancing these QUITE different energies. But you can do it!
