What is the description of someone who has a Venus trine Pluto? I have read they fall inlove at first sight, but I know there's much more to it than that! :-)

I have Venus trine Pluto by degree and house, but not by sign (Venus at 4 Gem in 9th, Pluto at 28 Virgo in 1st), and no, I don't fall in love at first sight. In lust, yeah sure.

My relationships tend to be dominate-or-be-dominated. Rather intense - some of my exs make even compare being with me to "torture." It's difficult to keep things fair and balanced with me on a intimate level. This why I don't date much any more - I don't like the kind of person I became most of the times I've dated.

My venusian side is rather intense in general, and bit defensive and secretive. I am inclined to be fearful of being tricked, manipulated or decieved by others. It takes a lot for me to be trusting of anyone.

I tend to intrigue people by appearing mysterious, like a puzzle to be figured out. Yet at the same time, I can be highly defensive if the wrong person tries to crack my code.

I'm very sensitive to the psyches of other people - I can often see right through their words, behaviors and personalities and understand how they "tick" on a deeper psychological level.

My ex Libra has Venus conjunct Pluto, it's not the trine but the traits are the same, suspicious, not trusting, doesn't like to date, prefers to help people. He did fall in love at first sight, he said, but actually it took a year for us to smooth out the rough spots.

Now he is living by himself figuring himself out, without anyone. He is extreme that way. I think he trusted me on first sight and trust is crucial to him.

Ceci,

You may be confusing Pluto with Uranus. People with Uranus (friends, also impulse) trine (energy goes very easily with) Venus (relationships) can tend to fall into (and out of! ) love very easily. People with Pluto (transformation, also power, sex) trine Venus, tend to be very sexually powerful and may dominate their partners.

Trining,

Tim
