The idea for this was kicked off by a post by AG in Free-For-All (it's at the end of this if you care to read it ). After I finished replying to it, I thought of the idea for this thread. Like many people know how he is - to use his words - "bias[ed of] or [has a general] weariness" of Arians, I guess a few might know of my own with Leos. And, I never really thought about it before, but could your South Node (mine's in Leo) point to what you actually least like in other people?

A lot of people are aware of my bias or weariness where Aries are concerned. I have a long history of not getting along with Aries that dates back to before I ever knew about astrology (which means that astrology wasn't providing a bias). However, I've lived with Aries my entire life, I've been roommates with one Aries for like 4 years now, and I'm currently dating an Aries.

This is what I mean by stating that as long as a person is respectful they need not be terribly concerned with judgment.

Hmm...this reminds me of something. Just the other day, I found out that a girl in my French class was a Leo. Leo is pretty much my "Aries" for you. Although, I am an Aries...but you know what I mean.

Anyway, I was truly shocked. Every other person I've met with any strong Leo influence has always gotten on my nerves so badly, I couldn't stand them. And here's this sweet, humble little girl. The opposite of every other Leo I've ever met. I think it's strange, too. But, maybe it's because she's so close to being a Virgo that she has a ton of planets in Virgo/Libra to balance out the fire? I don't really know. But it still shocked me."

My SN is Scorpio. I'm fine with Scorpio suns.

Scorpio moons, on the other hand, I have very strong reactions to, either very positive or very negative.

There is a feeling that you want to get rid of SN and move towards NN, I think. Mainly for people who have planets conjunct their NN. SN should feel "fated", like you know the person.. but it can either be positive or negative depending on what experience you've had with them in a past life.. That's what I read about it.

Intriguing hypothesis. My south node falls in Aquarius; typically I don't get on well with Aqua-heavy folk, despite having Uranus on the rise. But then I've always chalked it up to the fact that most Aquarian placements inevitably square either my Taurean moon or Scorpion Mars (and Uranus, for that matter). The soft trines between the Aqua placements and my airy-fairy Libra stellium don't seem to mitigate the tension much.

I should note that my intended has an Aquarian moon which both conjuncts my south node and also opposes my Leonine Venus. So obviously the friction in our case is not entirely unpleasant.
