Trillian mentioned in another thread that Saturn's going Rx tonight. My Saturn in Gemini is already retrograde, does that mean things will become easier by chance? Just curious. Right now things are going pretty well for me. I've had a full and busy day, and I've enjoyed having a lot more work than usual. IP: Logged |

Well, don't forget that planets never actually go backwards, they only give the appearance of going backwards. So don't fear it when a planet goes retrograde. Sometimes it's just a chance to reconsider, or get something right, when a planet that is Rx has impact on your chart. It's best not to fear Saturn. It gets a lot of bad press, but Saturn is important to us. We learn through Saturn's lessons. Sometimes the most demanding teachers are also the best; and deep down, Saturn cares for us. AG, as a Cappy, you have an inherent understanding of Saturn energies. It's all up to you what you'll do with them. Certainly Saturn transits can be difficult. Saturn going through Cancer was tough sometimes for this Aries (even with all my Cappy energy, Cancer is still a natural square to Aries and opposition to Cappy). But I came out of it...improved and ready for the next phase of life. Since your natal Saturn is Rx, you may have a better understanding of some of the energies Saturn is currently bringing to your chart. Pay attention and try to be aware, and let us know. And that's my fifty cents. ------------------ The less I seek my source for some definitive, the closer I am to fine. -Indigo Girls IP: Logged |

In my opinion transit events (in case of slow planets) happen when they make aspect for the last time. Or there is a possibility that the transit event will not take place at all (if it does not form any configuration) and you'll just have 'a transit feeling'. I did read somewhere that half of all people have slow planets regtrograde in their charts. The best period for them is when transiting planets go in their retrograde phase because both planets (natal and transiting) start moving in the same direction. If this particular transiting planet makes any stressful aspect (or activates any configuration) then I think it does not make things easier it only matters in terms of the transit validity period. Nah, I didn't say it went Rx the other night, but I did think it was already Rx. Actually, Saturn goes Rx on November 22nd, Peri, at 4 a.m. EST. I checked my handy pocket ephemeris. ------------------ The less I seek my source for some definitive, the closer I am to fine. -Indigo Girls IP: Logged |
