1. My Part of Fortune (I'm assuming they're the same thing, right?) is in the 2nd @ 26d Saggie trine my NN and Mars (@ 29d Leo in the 10th), sq my Sun (@ 22d Pisces in the 5th), and conj my Neptune (loosely w/ that at 22d Saggie).

What would that mean?

>complete novice on the subject asking<

2. My husband's PoF is @ 28d Leo in 10th (ish) exactly conj. his MC trine his 2nd House 28d Saggie Neptune and sextile his 11th House 29d Pluto in Libra.

Whassat mean?

OK, and I lied...

2b. My huband's PoF is conjunct to (and in the same house as) my NN and Leo.

What might that signify?

Thankya, thankya for your help,
Corri

hmm!
My best guess is that you would do well working at a way to create income orimprove your personal values through Sagittarian activities - philosophy, higher ed, travel, film, etc. Considering it is trine your NN this endeavor would be in alignment with your life's purpose. Being trine with your mars your PofF would bring ease of aligning any goals with a good work ethic to make it possible to come to fruition. Leo in the 10th hmm... working in the spotlight???? Have you ever considered film or the theater? Do you have any creative possibilities in this area. (I could also see a possible political interest later in life.) What type of fun creative qualities could you bring to the world?
I think you could help fulfill your husbands goal if you put forth the energy.

My Path of Fortune is Conjunct (exact degree) of a person I am interested in, who I feel an almost fated connection to.

PF is in Scorpio (4th House in my chart) (8th House in his).
In our composite chart, it is in Scorpio in the 7th House.

Just thought this would be interesting to share for anyone interested in PF.

I believe that the Part of Fortune is a delightful side effect of raising consciousness at the nodes. You get attention at the North and should pay attention at the south. Attention produces energy and energy is to be invested at the south to raise consciousness--and then, Fortuna can produce.
For more on this, see my books "Nodes of the Moon" and "The Part of Fortune and the Astral Body."

Interesting that some ancient astrologers used a 'Fortuna' house system. Basically starting the 1st house from the degree of someones Pars Fortunae, and on to that end the Pars Fortunae was also the ascendent.
