Retro Mars in my Sun/Saturn conjunction

Currently, retrograde Mars is sitting exactly inbetween my Sun/Saturn conjunction.

Is this happening to anyone else ? And is it as horrible for you ?

My Sun is in the 8th house, Saturn in the 9th, and they both square the Moon(5th house)
I also have Sun opposite Jupiter.

Can't help feeling that all this is creating total havoc for me, and not in a good way...

Can anyone offer me any insights ?
