I find these quotes interesting because you seem to be equating the need to fire someone with their not being sufficiently "appreciative" of you, and also to only want to work for "important" people. The astrological indication of self-expression and egoism is the Sun, so it would seem reasonable to expect that yours would be VERY strong in your chart. And it is...you have Aries modifying Sun (self-expression), which is Sun in the sign of its exaltation (strong energy). However, this can create a challenge for those you work with who are both expected both to do their job and to proprely "appreciate" you at the same time!

This is one challenge in being in a working team environment (which much of business is today), the other challenge is having Pluto (transformation, also power) opposite (energy is over-excited by) Aries (being, also action) modifying Mercury (thinking, also daily work). This aspect indicate you may "push" your point on others as a way to get them to do the work the way YOU think it should be done. I also tend to do a large variety of things, rather than concentrating on just one thing and getting that right, so maybe people don't want to put their trust in me for that reason? Where I'm talking about firing people, it's either because they've made it clear that they're unsure about working with me (i.e. directly said so) or because they have proved unreliable, i.e. they continually haven't got the products finished on time (which is my BIGGEST bugbear, and hasn't pleased several customers), they are passive-aggressive/disorganized, and where publicity (i.e. magazine feature) is concerned, they have garnered the attention whereas my work has been sacrificed in the process, even though it was supposed to be a symbiotic relationship. SO I am looking for a different (and better) manufacturer!!!

I know exactly what I want but I think it is a question of streamlining the process - I need regular publicity and a regular income from my creative pursuits!!

I'm just wondering whether the reason why all this is coming out right now and I am starting to feel really aggressive, is because Pluto is setting off something in my chart, or whether it's Mars...or Mercury...who can tell? It has felt really acute since yesterday.

Astrology aside, have you done "exit interviews" of your clients to find out what THEY have had issues with in your service? Have you done polling of all your current clients to find out which features they liked most and least about your current work? Have you had any "focus groups" where you toss a group an idea you have and have tgen tear it apart and give you feedback on it? You probably have done all these things, but, on the odd chance you have not, these might be some simple ways to help target your products and further develop your niche services.
