lol.. no.. I mean in my birthchart. Gosh- that was almost a Maury moment right there.Anywho, I feel kinda dumb asking this, but what effect does three major inner planets in same element have?? I have Cancer Sun, Scorpio Moon, Pisces Mars. Does it really have a significant effect on anything, or is it a sign of something important?? Also, does anyone else have this also?? Thanks a billion.

I would think that it would strengthen the influence of that element. What do you think? How does it manifest itself for you?IP: Logged |

I don't really feel like I'm anymore "water" than what I feel from my Cancer Sun. I'm secretive, and I'm very passionate.I don't feel as if these three planets working together has really exemplified any kind of wateriness in me, lol. I say I feel alot.. lol.. maybe it's a sign? (yes, that was a pun) I feel very Sag and Aries actually, and those are the houses my Sun and Mars are in.. IP: Logged |

Do they form a grand trine in your chart aspect-wise? http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/aspectpatterns.html#grandtrine IP: Logged |

Even if the planets do not trine each other tightly, there usually is some degree grand trine like influence and it can still be very powerful. I've solved many an astrological riddle by acknowledging aspect configurations that aren't tightly orbed by more stricter standards. in teh case of a grand trine, the elemental harmony is very significant and powerful. And despite being all too often neglected or treated like mere Astrology 101, elements are *very* important - important enough to override things like orbs in some cases. Just another example of how in astrology, everything's relative.Besides, with both Sun and moon, in this case I would allow a 12 degree orb easily, even though normally a trine would only be 4-6 degrees. I would allow greater orbs if any planet, luminary or not, is a singleton too. The things to watch for is if one of the planets falls on the 29th degree, or is conjunct tightly by orb to a planet in another sign. These could indicate this trio isn't working quite like a grand trine, as those aspects would greatly interfer with the elemental harmony. IP: Logged |

Maybe you feel like you can act in a direct manner because the Water Sun & Moon tends to help with the flow of emotions. Perhaps having Mars in Water as well helps you follow through with more ease as well, and keeping in mind you don't have any major "blocks" going on in the rest of the Chart.------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness IP: Logged |
