Would you say you are like that?I never thought I was until the other day my cousin Aries/Taurus cusp called to ask if I still want to be a bridesmaid for her wedding because she knows I change my mind alot. I said of course you're my cousin it's your wedding and I will do it for you! She got happy.
I asked my sister if she thinks I change my mind to much and she said yes.
I don't see it though. ------------------ Gemini sun, Cancer rising, mercury in Gemini, moon in Taurus *29, venus in Taurus, mars in Libra *´¨) ¸.·´¸.·*´¨) ¸.·*¨) (¸.·´ (¸.·´ * Lost in the peace of serenity Blind my eyes I cannot see Lost my soul but found my heart Again a time, when I shall start IP: Logged |

The "trick" for Geminis and Libras is to write down the first answer that comes to mind and then discipline yourself to stay with it. It is a matter of learning to trust yourself, and stop listening to all the other-people's-voices that crowd your mind.------------------ You are a blessing and you are blessed. Rev. OK, I don't know if I count since I am not a Sun Gemini, however...I can vouch that I too have issues making decisions and change my mind too often! (this may be due to the many aspects my chart ruler makes)Anyway...., I see all sides of whatever angle and become really involved in making the *right* decisions....when everyone knows decisions cannot be perfect right?? Lol. IP: Logged |

I have a Gemini rising and I suffer from changing my mind way too much and then if you read the thread about "Aries: I didn't Say that!" well....then I apparently change my mind and then don't remember changing it! IP: Logged |

Oh, there's a problem with this. Air signs are not easily influenced by other people - that's water signs. Air signs, by nature, are detached, indifferent, uncommited. The problem with air signs is that they lack a solid point of reference and *that's* what they need to develop. This is when outside influence could be of beneift - it helps an air sign focus, make a choice and commit. In order to grow, an air sign most become aware of it's own extreme detachment and act it ways to balance it out: for Gemini it's flippancy and capriciousness; Libra, waffling and indesiciveness; Aquarian, unconventionality and intellectual independence. It's self-possession, but a slightly different type of self-possession that water signs need to develop. For Gems, we change what we say a lot because fail to take our own words seriously. We often say things very spontaneously and without a lot of commitment or self-involvement (or perhaps sincerity) behind them. This is one of the *many* ways Gems are very child-like (or childish, deepending on the context). Words to a Gems often are like feathers caught in a draft wind - somethign to play with and then let float away or fall tot he ground when we're bored it or distracted by something else. We may not even realize we have such a capricious attitude to our own words, but Gem is also a personal sign, so self-awareness is another things we need to work on. Gems need to learn the *weight* of words and that other people do remember and take them seriously, even if we don't. That would be a Gem's point of reference: "What I say means something to the person hearing it, so I should choose my words wisely and carefully." Once we learn this very important lesson, we need to let that influence what we choose to say, how we say, and when. Furthermore, when we understand the *influence* of our own words, we are more likely to actually commit to them and remember them. IP: Logged |
