Have you explored the Vertex yet?

checked out my natal and vertex is in capricorn. what does it represent? i'm having trouble googling it, can't find any pertinent info

i am finding info on it in reference to transits...such as important encounters when sun/moon, etc. are conjunct vertex.....in composite/synastry, are trines or conjunctions to vertex particularly good?

The Vertex seems overlooked a lot when it comes to Synastry. From my experience, I find there really is something VERY significant to it. An example of a good thing is if one person's Sun is in the same Sign as the other's Vertex. The Vertex person will "force" the Sun person to be the best they can be. I'll try to find the info I have on it.

That's just ONE example.

Here's another perspective -

"...Many astrologers have noted on numerous occasions the occurrences of vertex/anti-vertex synastry conjunctions between two individuals that experience an extremely fated, predestinated relationship of great magnitude that irrevocably alters the landscapes of their respective lives..."

For now, here's some other info :::

Vertex... very interesting. What does it mean when your vertex is in conjunction with your special some ones IC?

Welcome Salisa - I'm not sure about the Conjunction you brought up. I don't want to guess because the Vertex is so exacting in it's language. We'll try to find info on that for you if you can't.

Stargazer -

I don't know the answer to that one for sure either, but I think it would be similar to the Sun/Vertex thing I mentioned. But there's probably more to it than that. We'll try to find more info on the Vertex.
