My life is in shambles.

Ok, so not in complete shambles, but enough to me. I am afraid I have made the biggest mistake: not going to graduate school. I love school, but I need to figure out what I want to do with my english degree. I was going up until a month ago, and then I decided I was too confused and too stressed out!

Now, everyone wants to chip in and give me their advice. It confuses me. AGHHHH!!!!!

:-(

This has been going on all semester.

Anyone want to take a look at my transits and tell me what is going on?????

Thanks

ok i hope you are ready to read i am still working on interpreting things on my own, but i have become quite good at recognizing & researching...

trans saturn(r)9*leo in your 3rd (bobmarksastrologer.com):
"can mean extra difficulties and problems through siblings and neighbors. If there are any old problems that have been simmering for years, they will tend to come to a head at this time. This could happen in several ways. Maybe they need you to help. Or you could need their help, and, for whatever reason, they can’t provide it. Or they put you through hell for asking. This is also the house of communication. You speech will tend to become more serious when Saturn transits your 3rd House. So will your thoughts. Take care, though, of that negative side of Saturn, depression. It helps if you concentrate on positive steps to take. This is a good time to learn a new skill, something that will be useful or practical. As always with a Saturn transit, look ahead and see what is coming. Then try to take preventive measures before it hits."

trans pluto25*sagi opp asc26*gem (conj dsc) (cafeastrology.com):
Pluto Transits Opposition Ascendant
"*Very important people come into your life now. You meet someone who becomes a strong influence on you. This other person may be a kind of idol, a teacher, or a friend.
+Your relationships (partnerships, lovers) are now very intense and ever so personal. In fact, they are capable of transforming you at the most basic level. A time of real inner growth through other people, the social life."

trans jupiter13*scorp conj saturn14*scorp in the 5th & opposed moon20*taurus in 12th (bobmarksastrologer.com):
"Jupiter expands whatever it touches. One of the things Saturn rules is depression. Be a little careful here with the stressful aspects (square and opposition, and even, occasionally, with the conjunction). If you happen to be in a down mood, Jupiter can make it larger. Mostly though, the results tend to be beneficial, unless, of course, you’ve been very naughty and left a lot of loose ends in your life."
also: "Jupiter Transits Through Your Fifth House: This house rules romance, creativity, children, gambling, speculation, sports, games, and hobbies. Unless you are in a coma, get ready for some fun. As always with Jupiter transits, be careful not to overdo it. And don’t think that because Jupiter rules “luck” and the 5th House is gambling that you can win the lottery. Sure Jupiter can improve odds in your favor. Instead of being 10,000,000 to 1 against you, they will only be 5,000,000 to 1. Please note that they are still against you."
(cafeastrology.com): "jupiter transits opposite Moon Depending on your character and life situation, you might be feeling especially optimistic or emotionally self-indulgent during this transit. Some of us experience swings from optimism to self-pity. Problems rooted in the past and with family and early childhood are apt to surface during this period, and productivity may be adversely affected as you nurse your wounds. There can be a tendency to put on weight or to be financially extravagant. If this is the case, recognize that it's a sign that you are looking for emotional satisfaction in the wrong places. You may be questioning the amount of support you are receiving from others, but be aware that your judgment on this matter is likely skewed. You might be setting others up on some level to prove to yourself how unsupported you are. We all need to feel emotionally supported, and this transit makes us more aware of that need. Ideal handling of this transit is facing what it is you feel is lacking in your life--that which is causing you to feel unhappy. The fact is, if you choose to reach out to others at this time, it is more likely than not that they will be receptive to you, as long as you sincerely want them to be."

trans uranus7*pisces conj mc0*pisces (in 10th) (cafeastrology.com):
Uranus Transits Conjunct Midheaven
"*Freedom and independence are critically important to you at this time. If your job is tedious, boring, and unexciting, there is a strong possibility that you will quit your job now. Because the need for freedom and excitement is very strong, you are more willing to be innovative and daring.
+A powerful time of change, during which you may have great insight into your career. You could change jobs or suddenly find a way to transform and improve your current job. A certain amount of mental tension can be expected, so bear with it."
(bobmarksastrologer): "Uranus Transits Through Your Tenth House: The 10th House influences your career and “public image”, your “boss”, and those who have authority over you in general. Uranus transiting here can give a sudden desire to change bosses, jobs, and even careers. All of a sudden, the idea of taking orders can seem irritating to you. As always with Uranus transits, you may have to make changes, but be sure to do a little planning first. Don’t jump. Uranus going through this house can also make you want to change your appearance, your “look”. Good idea, but watch out for a tendency to go overboard."

trans neptune10*aqua square saturn14*scorp & square moon20*taurus (T-SQUARE):
(cafeastrology.com)"Neptune transits square Moon *Periodic fits of irrational feelings, suspicions, compulsive emotions, and nostalgia make this period a difficult, trying one. You tend to have intuitive hunches that you have great faith in, but most often these hunches are either only partially correct or totally a figment of your imagination.
+You could get the wrong idea, develop false ideals, and let your imagination carry you away to the point that those who support and care for you are neglected or hurt. Walk a careful line when it comes to dreams versus realities. The dreams can be bad."
"Neptune Transits Square Saturn
+There could be a tendency to view your accomplishments as having almost no substance during this time. A false set of ideals may mislead you and cause you to neglect your responsibilities and get lost in what will amount to a bunch of nothing."
(bobmarksastrologer.com): "Neptune Transits Through Your Ninth House: This is the house of “higher mind”, higher education, publications, religion, the “philosophy you live by, and long journeys. As far as the higher education, you can do well during this transit if you study something creative, like art or music, or something abstract, like math or mathematical physics. If you are studying a specific skill, like mechanics or accounting, you may have a problem with the details. Even here though, you may be able to come up with answers without knowing how you got them. Nothing mystical here. Your brain is still doing the same work it did before. The only difference is you aren’t aware of it. In the area of religion and “philosophy”, there will be a tendency to get attracted to weird ideas that you will believe on “faith”."

ok, i think that's everything! regarding that last one, the t-square look to 3rd house activities to help 'fill in the blank' and 'solve' these issues. perhaps someone else can better tell you abou t-squares. ohh, and i also have uranus conj my mc & pluto conj my dsc! anyways, i need sleep right now sorry it's so long!

`Who are you?' said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'

GeminiRising, the first thing I see is Saturn in your 2nd House Saturn transiting your second house which forces you to look at your values, and what is most important to you in your life. Your material, spiritual, and moral values will all be tested. Many old texts refer to this transit as one involving material losses, but that is only true if you refuse to deal with these issues. Saturn has a way of getting your attention focused on the areas of your life where they need to be at that time. If you refuse to acknowledge reality, and continually live in denial, Saturn will just turn up the heat until you pay attention.

Next, I see Transiting Jupiter Conjunct your Natal Saturn. This aspect can indicate one of two possibilities; it can indicate opportunities for careful sustained growth through patient endeavor, or it can indicate a period of extreme restlessness and impatience. The two planets are in contrast, Saturn bringing discipline and stability, and Jupiter symbolizing unrestrained growth and overextension. When Saturn conjuncts Jupiter, it creates a tension between the two extremes. Its similar to revving your engine and having your foot on the brakes at the same time. You feel the power, but nothing is happening.

Which effect above you can expect depends to large extent on how disciplined you are normally. If that is the normal mode for you, you will most likely react with patience and perseverance. If on the other hand, self-discipline is not your normal mode of operation, you will probably feel tension and a desire to rebel against the restrictions you feel in life. Either response may be appropriate depending upon your level of understanding.

Next, Transiting Pluto Oppose Ascendant. During this time, any relationship that you are involved with, intimate or otherwise will be greatly transformed. Your personality will be transformed as well, bringing to light some very important but possibly unknown aspects of your psyche. This can be quite disturbing to you, because you may not want to openly acknowledge those components of yourself. This is an excellent time for professional help in understanding yourself better. It’s necessary that you accept all of yourself, not just those things that you might label nice. That doesn’t mean to act out some of the components of self that are not appropriate, just understand that we are all made up of both positive and what you may consider negative or weak parts. These are real parts of your psyche, and have to be integrated into your conscious mind.

You may have exhibited some behaviors lately that are hard for you to understand, look at these as behaviors being driven by unaware parts of your psyche. You may be in denial to the point that you blame others for your behaviors where in actuality they came from within you. You will have a strong drive for power and control now, because you refuse to accept others authority over you. The best plan to handle this aspect is to seek help from someone who can be helpful but non-judgmental.

Hope that this helps

Lanny

Hi guys!

Thanks very much for the links and information.

"Uranus Transits Through Your Tenth House: The 10th House influences your career and “public image”, your “boss”, and those who have authority over you in general. Uranus transiting here can give a sudden desire to change bosses, jobs, and even careers. All of a sudden, the idea of taking orders can seem irritating to you.

-This is very very true. One day, I woke up and was like: why am I doing this? From then on, a long onset of mass confusion.

Neptune Transits Square Saturn
+There could be a tendency to view your accomplishments as having almost no substance during this time. A false set of ideals may mislead you and cause you to neglect your responsibilities and get lost in what will amount to a bunch of nothing."

-This is very true as well. I feel like much of work hard work so far has led me to nothing, as I am still confused as to what I am supposed to be doing with my life/career. I am feeling like all the hard work I put in, is useless at this point. :-(

Lanny-
Your entire post resonated with me.
Thank you very much for your insight. I will have to prevent Saturn from turning up "the heat" most definately.

Thanks again, and sorry for the long time between replies!!
