I was noticing through the relationships that I have been in. I look at my Venus and the mans mars. All the guys that I have been crazy about I see have had either a conjunction with me or a trine or sextile. For instance I have Venus in Aqua the guys have had Mars in either Aqua, or Sag, also Libra. I did once have thos guy who had Venus in Leo but I did not really like him. Does this play a huge factor in loving magnetic relationship. List your venus and so's Mars or vice versa for the fella's...IP: Logged |

His Aqua Venus trine my Libra MarsThis is funny, I know VEN/MA is common or supposed 2 be for romantic relationships but only about 10% of mine have had any sort of contact. The contacts I seem to like are conjunctions to the main angles, esp MC & DSC by personal planets or Jupiter. Also love good Moon contacts. IP: Logged |

Arnicka it is funny that you should mention the moon contacts cause again it is the sam thing for me. I alway fall for a guy with either Gem,Aries,Sag moon. I have Aqua moon.. IP: Logged |

my venus also in aqua, i met a mars in aqua but i didnt like him, (maybe just him, lol)
then i met couple of mars in sag, they like me very much, and i like them 2)

I seem to have a thing for moon/mars connections and ones involving venus and uranus, though there was one serious guy where our venus's were in trine but both were quincunx to the others mars. Also I usually find strong mercury aspects are present.IP: Logged |

I got Venus in Aries and Mars in Cancer and she has Venus in Cancer and Mars in Aries conjuctions

Right... its long been my theory that...A woman's Mars shows the type of male Sun sign she is most drawn to. A man's Venus shows the type of female Sun sign he is most drawn to. My Venus says that Scorpio women would be ideal for me. That sounds like fun. IP: Logged |

moon is the kind that a man needs to feel comfortable, what he settles down for mars is what a woman wants in a guy

MoonDuchess88 - Not so for me, as a Pisces Sun couldnt stand too much more Pisces energy around me in a mate [friend is a diff issue]. I look to my earthy moon responding to connections to his sun/moon/asc that are also in earth signs. But then again, I have no prob acting out my Pisces side and expressing its traits, and I believe thats the logic its based on -- projecting your inner male/female traits onto the opposite sex for fulfillment. I think is not only the sun sign, is more about a person from that kind. For example if a male has venus in cancer he can be attracted to a woman which has ascendent in cancer and all her personality is more like he wants/needs. Or she can have other personal planets in that sign.
The same for woman, if she has Mars in scorpio she can feel attracted by strong, misterious, dark men, even if they don't have the sun in scorpio. Is only the kind of people which they have the characteristics of that sign, and of course to have that, they suppose to have some astrological mark out there, but not necesary only the sun. Again, not for me. Libra and Pisces not found in majority of men I date, nor am I attracted to that energy. A friend of mine loves Virgo influences in her men - I cant fig out why? Even looking @ her DESC, the picture is not coming into focus. No angles in Virgo, no planets in the 6th, no planets in that sign. Some things are a mystery.. IP: Logged |

Hi Juno, she has Merc in Cap in the 5th square to Saturn [tight] and loose to Pluto which are both located in the 3rd...She does have a v.wide conj from her sun to merc [11deg], Sun's strongest aspect is a sq to Mars... By your logic Id be strongly attracted to Scorps cos Pluto vomits all over my chart. Not so, tho theyre great friends [prob due to my Jup in Scorp conj their personal planets/ASC]. The mystery continues..editing:

Every guy I've fallen for has had Pluto in his 1st house, Scorpio Asc, Mars in Scorpio or in the 8th house, or Venus in Aquarius.
AND ALL MOONS WERE IN either Aquarius/Sagittarius or Libra
kinda weird... My Venus is in Scorpio conj. Pluto
My Mars is in Aquarius ------------------------

That's very true. My Mars is Capricorn and my bf's ascendant conjuncts it. I think relationships are easiest when the guy's chart makes supportive aspects to both the girl's mars and sun.. and the girl's chart make supportive aspects to both his moon *and* venus.. (specially if these are squared in natal). For instance a man with Taurus Venus and a Leo Moon (squaring).. would be attracted to something entirely different (venus) to what makes him feel loved/comfortable (moon).. so it would help if the girl's chart makes supportive aspects to both his Moon.. such as Sun trine moon (if her sun is Aries or Sag) *and* his Venus.. if her own Venus (and/or Mercury) is in Capricorn for instance.. That way both parts of the square are backed up, through trines.. without creating more friction. A Leo or Taurus placement would *help* in understanding, but likewise create more friction.. Friction can be good sometimes though. It depends entirely on what you’re looking for. I just think this scenario is “easiest”.. not “best” necessarily. But bk on topic, all the guys I’ve liked had an earth Mars.. either Taurus or Virgo. I haven’t met anyone with Cap Mars that I know of.. My own Mars is in early Capricorn.. and my Venus is almost in Taurus, at 29 Aries (conjunct my NN at 0 Taurus). IP: Logged |
