Well Sagi and Aries are both fire signs, so to start with at least that should work. How are other planets placed?
Liking and loving might be 2 different things. I guess you need to give time to any relationship to blossom. Let like develop into love. So be a friend without any expectations.

i am notorious for this - i normally don't return phone calls. some of us just like phones to get phone calls and not to make phone calls.

if it's someone i like in that way - there is a possibility they won't get return phone calls either - if so, i'll probably spend a bit musing over the phone before actually dialing the number and then say - to hell with it and not call. if we don't muse over it, and we just go for the gusto in one wind, dial the number and call - the conversation tends to be a "better" one - if not, we either don't call at all or it's one of those hi, how are you, ok, ummmmm, guess i'll see you later.....lol. sags are so goofy, i tell you. hey, call him again or don't even bother calling at all until he gets up the nerve? if he really likes you - it'll be a real treat for him if he catches when you call, if he is not busy or it's not chaotic around him.

Consider that Sagittarius (expansion, also travel, wisdom) is the sign opposite Gemini (thinking, also talking). People with a lot of Gemini LOVE phone calls, talking to others is a GREAT way for them to connect to others. People with a lot of sag energy are...just the opposite! They like talking in person so they can get as much information about the other person as possible (face, gestures, etc.). So, rather than waiting by the phone they are frequently out there traveling, learning from their experieinces out in the "great, wide world"!

Shouldn't worry too much, Sagitarrians are notorious for being unreliable with stuff like phonecalls, turning up anywhere on time, turning up at ALL, etc.

But they're a whole heap of fun, dammit, and for the most part, the most warm-hearted souls you can imagine.

Maybe he wants to get to know you a little more, us Saggies can be a little gun-shy in the love department until we know you and feel we can trust you...Aquas and us Saggies tend to do the same thing: we will observe you, see how you are in general and then decide if we want to go further.

Don't take his not calling you back as negative, he could be busy - Saggies tend to have many irons in the fire, he may not necessarily be involved with others, but it's hard for us to get bored, just about everything interests us.

I hope he's given you his personal insight by now though so you're not left wondering.
