Is it true that if a planet is in the early degrees of a sign it becomes more powerful? I was reading about the Aires point and wondering if it could be expanded to any sign, and if the degree could still be powerful if it was any ware from 0 to 5 degree of that sign?IP: Logged |

Not necessarily more POWERFUL, just more strongly THAT sign...the first "decante" or 10 degrees of each sign is DOUBLE ruled by that signs ruler. For example, if you are born on nov 25th, your sun is DOUBLE ruled by jupiter...but if you are born on december 5th, your suns main rules is jupiter, but its subruler is mars! This applies for every sign and every planet...so not stronger, just more strongly of the essence of that sign.IP: Logged |

The Aries Pt can be used for any sign before it reaches 1 deg. For example: "His Mars has an Aries Point of 00'33" in the sign of Gemini." Regarding "expanded" degrees, others would have 2 comment on that..IP: Logged |

... But ... at the same time, I've learned that if a Sign is in a REALLY early degrees, such as less than 1 Degree, that you are not fully aware of that energy yet because "it is so young". Example: My Mars is in Scorpio 0.50 Degrees, yet I'm still more accomplished with my lessons of my Mars having already been fully realized in Libra in its past incarnation. It's like with Mars, I'm still in driving school.------------------

I definitely feel more "in control of" and "comfortable with" planets of mine that are in the late degrees, specifically my Moon which is @ 27 & my Venus, at 25. The energies of the planets feel very natural to be. My Sun, on the other hand, is @ 2 and I do feel like a "baby" regarding how the frig Im supposed to deal with it, the energy feels almost overwhelming.29 degrees, at least, is considered an "anaretic degree." I think thats true also beuase if its at 0 degree's its not really in any sign yet its still in the process of being reincarnated to the next sign,but then what sign is it really in? i have 0degree cap asc and 0degree cancer mars IP: Logged |

sweet_face -Oh! There's been some really complicated threads and lively discussions trying to pinpoint the Degrees and when they actually start at each sign. There are a few different viewpoints on this. Wooo Hooo ! But if you are at 0.00 Degrees at Capricorn, guess what? ------------------

What about the energy of planets 1 or 2 drgrees into a sign, how do you think there energies present them selfs? I have five heavenly bodies in my chart that are in 1 or 2 degrees in a sign. The only one in 0 drgees in Ceres in cancer.IP: Logged |
