If you have vertex in conjuction....(or any aspect) with one or more of your personal planets would that mean you have a.... like... fated...destined... karma where you would be moving to(like it was ment to be?) ? Has any one experienced this?

so the vertex meanings are the same in your natal chart as in your relocation chart?

I am not sure what you mean but in relocation chart your Vetex will move and change its placement as well as ASC/MC and houses;
