I can see why your question is about your success. Your Saturn is Conjunct your MC (Midheaven/10th House Cusp), in the Sign of Scorpio. The House which rules Scorpio is the 8th House. You have your Sun, Venus & Mars in your 8th House, and I would think this makes you very Scorpionic. Your Venus & Mars are in the 8th House, but in Virgo, which makes you concered about keeping your business in order.

Your Mars is Square your URANUS, which is in your 10th House, plus your Ascendant is in Aquarius, plus your Asc is Conjunct your Jupiter in Aquarius in the 1st House. At times you may feel you are not getting the results you want because of that Square, but everything else gives you a positive outlet for that energy.

There is a lot of opportunity for a balance between your great ambition and a charismatic outlook. Focus on your MC in Scorpio, read what you can about that. Remember to fuse that energy with it's Conjunction with your Jupiter in the 1st House.

Your "House of Optimisim", the 9th House, has your Moon, Mercury & Pluto. It also contributes to your need to keep building upon the knowledge you already have.

I also have some Uranus/Aquarius energies, but like I said, you have that Mutual Reception so make the most of it.

Watch your tendency to overextend yourself, and watch for tendencies to be a perfectionist.

I hear you, and I know you have all these questions. You said your third eye is getting thick and you feel like you are above yourself. But then you second-guess yourself, so guess where you end up back to?

There is really no such thing as being in the wrong place at the wrong time in the sense of not doing what you should be doing with your life. There is only doubt and fear which make you self-protective and unsure.

Read back on those things I said make you question yourself. Those are the triggers.

I know what it's like to not feel like a Libra cuz of my Scorpio Stellium and the Focal Point of my T-Square. And then I have Venus & Pluto Conjunct in Virgo, further proof of how I know what those Virgo/6th House urges can mess with your head. It's like trying to contain a volcano, trying to sort the lava into neat little packages. You may feel like you're getting close, but it's impossible. This is why you must break the tendency to second-guess yourself too much. You'll become too self-absorbed.

Look at those positive outlets I mentioned. Have faith that they will pull you through. Keep watch on those overly ambitious players like your Saturn Conjunct your MC. This in Scorpio may make you feel like you are never "enough". Instead, think of that as your safety net. It's stable, it's there, and it will be there until the end. Have faith, and then let it go. Yeah, it might have clues to what you should do as a career next, but remember if you get that in place, it does not guarantee happiness on it's own.
