thebigeliza .. hi ...

just for now ...
re: continued from another thread where your chart was posted

here is a line up of major transits .. that are going on at the moment
in your chart ... in astrology terms .. they are 'big ones' .......
also the transiting planets are slow moving ..

Uranus transits can last aprox. 18 month or so ... also it will be likely
this be a 'first time' transit for you ...

anyhow .. for now .. the list

transiting Uranus .. squaring natal Uranus and natal Chiron ..
( for most of 2006 .. maybe slightly longer .. )

transiting Saturn opposing natal Jupiter ..
and ... squaring natal Moon .. natal Mercury .. and natal Pluto
(that should be on its way out by june / july )

transiting Lillith squaring natal Chiron and squaring natal Uranus
( during june )
thread about Lillith in astrology : http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/005183.html

the Big Backdrop ... transiting Pluto squaring natal MC / Mars / Venus ....
( long term .. will work out timespan .. )

in the meantime .. 'thebigeliza' .. given that those are a serious bunch
of transits to deal with .. for any kf .. i would realy suggest maybe ..
finding a good astrologer .. with refrences .. and having a one to one talk
with them ... about your chart and transits .....

but do get some advice about those transits ....
e.g leave a query on these pages .. someone be bound to leave some info ..
anyhow .. i'll check in here .. 'n see how your doing ....
dont know if it will work .. but am experimenting with a chart animation
that might show the planetary movements over a period of time .......
could make it all a bit easier to understand .. maybe ...

( from prev. post) : ... regarding Transits .. as in short explanation ..

.. the planets .. as they move arround the zodiac circle, make 'aspects' to the planetary positions set at the time of birth (i.e. the birth chart ) .. .. .. 'aspects' .. are the geometric angles separating the planets around the zodiac .. so transiting aspects are just like the ones found within the chart ( conjunctions, squares, oppositions, trines, sextiles .. etc ) and as the transiting planet moves .. so does the angle change to any given natal planet or placement .. or in other words the transit aspect 'builds up' .. then 'eases off' .. over time ..

transits of mars , mercury, venus are relatively short .. a few days .. extended if the planet in question goes retrograde .. those are sometimes known as the 'Personal' planets .. or 'Inner planets'

the transits of the 'outer' planets be somewhat different .. Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto move relatively slow .. Jupiter has a 12 yr cycle (cycle .. as in once around the zodiac circle ) .. Saturn 28 .yrs .. Uranus 84.yrs .. Neptune 165. yrs .. and lilltle ol' Pluto .. 248.yrs .. .. .. .. it be the Outer planets .. in particular when they aspect a Personal placement/planet .. that seem to give folk the hardest or best of times ( in terms of astrological transits and ppl reactions to same )

** So are these all hard transits to deal with? **

i would say 'yes' ..they look fairly difficult .. depends ..
you will probably find .. that .. when the faster planets transit
some of your placements .. i.e. keeping track of Moon / Merc /Venus / Mars
will show you how those big transits effect you .. as the smaller / closer
planets have a tendency to 'trigger' those 'feelings' ......
i think you said in that other thread .. you were feeling sort of 'low' ?

that Pluto transit would have started to 'build up' at the
begining of 2003 ... ... it will square your Venus placement towards the end of 2008
... that will be the end of that transit .. it will then tail off .. but given the
long timespan of Pluto going around the zodiac .. that particular transit ..
cannot happen again ... so it's a 'one off' ....

'till later
h.d.
