And I'm a sag with cap first house. Is this why my life sucks?No, I'm kidding. But I have always felt a bit restrained. If these two planets are prominent in my chart, how would the retrogrades affect me? Also, when these planets actually go retrograde, does it have a "two wrongs make a right" effect? future,Planetary energies do not cancel each other out, but instead ADD to each other. For example, if you had Jupiter and Saturn retrograde in your chart you would have two retrograde energies working together in your chart. Retrogrades are not about "wrongs" but about energy turned inward. People who have retrograde planets struggle to express all this "inward" directed energy out into the world. As a result, frequently they become VERY good at using this retrograde energy. As to transits, there is a general effect for everyone during retrograde periods to sense this inward turning energy.
