What does this mean for attraction? Also what if my Mars is in Capp and his Venus is in Cancer? Is that a double "opposites attract" or what? Is it enough to keep us together? IP: Logged |

Okay.. opposites truly do attract.( I like your name, sagetree) You also have something which is referred to as mutual reception... Mars is co ruler of Scorpio, Venus rules Taurus. (Am I right here?> Something seemed wrong about that though I can't think past the fog that cigarettes left in my thought processes...) anyway, yes, I think there is something to that... the magnetic quality that draws you together is enmhanced by the draw of energy that almost 'completes' the interaction. Mars in Cap/Venus in Cancer.... More oppopsitions.. I'll bet his is a really magnetic pairing, you feel sort of 'uncomfortable' yet more comfortable than you've ever felt.... you know? What about sun/moon/asc contacts? IP: Logged |

Oh yeah, Thanks for the response. I feel sometimes my partner and I don't connect with the minds. Mostly it's very deep physically. IP: Logged |

pixel,You said (in response to the [] comment): quote: [my Mars is in Capp and his Venus is in Cancer] You also have something which is referred to as mutual reception... Mars is co ruler of Scorpio, Venus rules Taurus. (Am I right here?...
A "Mutual Reception in astrology occurs when two planets relate by the fact that each is in the sign ruled by the other" according to Noel Tyl, a well-known astrologer. So in this example: Mars is in Capricorn, Saturn rules Capricorn Venus is in Cancer, Moon rules Cancer is NOT a mutual reception (exchange of planetary energies). We could make it a mutual reception if we make up a planet: Mars is in Capricorn, Saturn rules Capricorn Saturn is in Aries, Mars rules Aries Or, using your example: Mars is in Capricorn, Saturn rules Capricorn Saturn is in Scorpio, Mars anciently ruled Scorpio Mutually receiving, Tim IP: Logged |
