Everytime I date a Leo or Taurus I find the way they communicate is so "over the top" sometimes with the language they use especially Pet names like "Cutie" or "kitten" or "sweetie" or friggin "scnookems"...I mean come one Scnookems? wtf? I don't mind an occational "hun" or "Cutie" and the only reason I tolerate "honey bunny" is because it was used in Pulp Fiction which was a Kick-a$$ movie. Anyone else have thoughts about this? Just something I've noticed as of late... IP: Logged |

I knew a Gemini who did that a lot. And to EVERYONE. Every waitress was a "sweetie" or "honey." I know a Leo who started calling me "babe" after just two dates. IP: Logged |

I don't know about Taurus. Leos do. Usually it's "gorgeous" and "beautiful" with Leos.. like "hows it going gorgeous".. that kinda thing. They also try to get physical and put their arm around you and stuff, whether or not they even know you.. That's if it makes them “look” good. If there's no one around to see it, they probably wouldn't. I've noticed Aquas say "babe" a lot.

Libras will say schnookems, honey, babe, ON the first date.Taurus men may pop the question on the first date! I use Sweetie sometimes but I HATE when a man uses the same name I do. I knew a Gemini who did that, I'd say sweetie, he's day sweetie, to me and everyone else. I 'd say, you stole my name! Now I don't use anything, names are nice:> Natasha Taurus IP: Logged |

YES... they do.. both of them. The Leo that I dated for two years had several nicknames for me.. From Two-Shoes to Sassy (meaning Sasquatch - Saggie foot in mouth) to His Indian Princess...etc.. The Leo I am dating now.. same thing - He calls me his SB (Social Butterfly), Little Archer and Indian lady (along with the normal.. Baby, honey..etc.)I call him Teddy-Bear (a play on his name) and handsome (but never the first on in public LOL) Both Taurus guys I dated had more unique names. One would call me his Luckle (supposed to be a combo of Love and Luck.. I have no idea) and Rambeeblon (Again.. no idea) he would just come up with weird stuff. I just called him A$$face. It think it's cute.. but funny in that it takes me a long while to find a name for someone. I do hate recycled names - other than Baby or honey since those are so common anyway. Baby-doll makes me cringe. As for popping the question on the first date.. .Yep.. My ex-Taurus told me he loved me and asked me to marry him on the very first date. Scared the heck out of me LOL... then again, he's in TX now and I am in AZ (Digging the hot Leo).

I'm not big on the pet names myself.I think it's cool when other people use them, but I don't typically initiate the use of pet names. IP: Logged |

Strange...Being from the south, the guys are just as bad as us gals with the nicknames. Nothing unusual here for any certain sign to call us something sweet. IP: Logged |
