I have a question has anyone ever knew that a certain person was the one for you no matter how hard you fought you knew. you did all you could to not have it happen but things keep pulling. The other person knows to that you are meant for each other too. They are doing this mainly bc they are scared of the unknown. And the realness is so overwhelming. I hope I am making sense..Anyone ever experience this and how did it turn out. IP: Logged |

I'm not sure about the "one" aspect of it, but I have been in a similar situation. In my case, I was the one who was sure and the other person was overwhelmed by their feelings, and trying their best to keep things platonic although they kept progressing into all sorts of things other than platonic. If the connection is meant to happen, nobody can truly fight against it.
However it turns out in the end- tragically or blissfully, if you are meant to share an experience of "love" together, the fearful one will give in eventually, jump into the uncertain waters. IP: Logged |

Hello MM....Yes, I have had that feeling really strongly..twice. The first time I married the man. There was NO QUESTION and the timing was perfect. The marriage was one of the best relationships I have ever had with another Being in my whole Life!
(Sadly ended by my choice due to unforeseen mistakes on his part...due to his bi-polarism)...we are still tied to this day and deeply know that we would still do nearly anything for the other!!The second man is currently in my Life. He is no doubt my strongest Love and my Sun lies on his nodal axis...his Venus on mine...
The difference with this one progressing easily is timing...regardless..simply put--we both KNOW. Synchronicity is ever-present and I have never felt so sure in my Life.
No question. Timing has been difficult as I was getting out of my situation and wanted to maintain a clear head in doing so....and certainly, our relationship has had ebbs and flows but has grown stronger by the day. Both people make the effort to know one another...no matter what. It is such a rarity to have this type of unspoken connection!! However, sometimes this kind of Love does not fall into place smoothly or without obstacles...and patience becomes part of the picture. This is where people often find themselves with unrequited Love-especially if they are scared to admit their feelings to themselves or each other. Sometimes neither person ever declares their feelings to the other....yet despite this lack of acknowledgment, BOTH people are highly aware of the deep linkage!! We both have acknowledged it from the FIRST MOMENT...somehow bravely trusting that without even saying but a few words...it was understood!! He even introduced me as his Wife the second day of seeing each other...without so much as a a flinch from either of us!! (And he did not know my personal situation at all!!)
We just KNEW. I can honestly say that I believe when one person feels it strongly, so does the other. That karmic pull....instant recognition without explanation...far deeper and soulful than 'lust' etc...there is a HUGE difference between those two. You just have to know how to recognize it! it is a scary thing to just know....
especially when you trust instincts and faith.
But harder to trust that it will lead you somewhere safe when the challenges are everpresent. So it becomes a tragedy of timing.IP: Logged |

well it's actually happend to me too 
In this case I was the one who felt it first and knew that he is the one. He also felt it but was afraid of the unknown , I guess
So here we are now not talking to each other for like a third week  I just dod what I could and he is still unsure . I sill love him though! IP: Logged |

Surely the current situation is the one [not sure if I need to repeat again  ] Lets see how it goes and now since I am away from home office, there is no contact with her, so I feel the affection will decrease. However still there is a feeling that if I need to return back to home office, the feelings will still be there and might get ignited again ....Edited - Reading another post from Liz "Are you a Reason , a Season or a Lifetime?", I think the current person in my life, is for reason or probably season ... trying to teach me ... heal the past wounds.
