Besides determining the type of love relationship you desire(7th house,Venus),does it also determine what kind of wedding you want?.Such as a big or small ceremony?.

Also, why is Venus' number 6 considered domestic in numerology?.I know Taureans are homebodies, but Librans?.I think not.

Peace,

What a cute question! I would say why not!
My 7th house is Aqua, so when I tend to think of weddings, I cringe at the sight of normal crowded weddings, what I want (when I get married, if I get married) is an unconventional thing, very individualistic, thing that involves no people, by the sea/ocean, so I would say yes, if that's the 7th house speaking but Ruler of my 7th Uranus is opposing my Venus so I would say look for aspects between your 7th House ruler and Venus. I would imagine if you have Leo as the 7th, you would want a Leonine dramatic wedding, and so on and so forth...depending on the nature of the sign.

Librans are domestic deep down, they are not the most active people, they would rather sit and cuddle in the safety of a love cocoon... Libras tend to be a bit lazy too like Taurus, and Pisces of course.

My 7th house cusp is Cancer and I had a low-key, intimate family wedding. Got married at the local church, had a finger buffet at an old water mill then back to our new house to open pressies and have drinks with family and friends. Cheap and cheerful!

peace,

Great question! And it shows you understand Libra/Venus/7th house energy. These are about "relationships" of ALL kinds, from the most personal "weddings" to the most non-personal "acquaintances". It also can include those people we relate to whom we DON'T like: "open enemies" it is sometimes called. On the mental level it can indicate a person interested in how ideas and concepts "relate" to each other. So the idea of "relationships" is VERY broad and "relates" to every time of "relationship" you can think of!

Relating,

Tim

I have a 7th house stellium in virgo.. Sun Merc.,and Venus... Jupiter is in the house too, but in leo... I have been married twice... both to Cancers... Cancer is on the cusp of the 7th house...
First marriage was small.. intimate and traditional...

Second marriage: We were married in Maine. On top of Cadillac mountain at sunset....We stayed in that area for our honeymoon as well... so I would have to say intimate and small is the theme...

Wonderful question! I'd say there may be some legitimacy to it. I have Gemini in the 7th, with my Venus and Jupiter in that house. When I was younger I wanted a much more Leoian wedding – a costume ball with tons of people there, dramatic dresses, masks for all the wedding party and guests, etc. Now that I’m older I’ve come to the conclusion that all that pomp and circumstance really doesn’t matter. For me marriage has just become a way of publicly stating that what my heart has already promised – that I’ll love and cherish the most amazing man I know for the rest of eternity. I could get married in a trailer and be quite happy, I think. If I were asked to pick a type of wedding I’d like – it would be wonderful to have a wedding on a sail boat at sunset. The only people I’d like to be there are those I’m truly close to. Truthfully I think this kind of wedding is far more Cancerian than Gemini, but even that may make sense as my 7th house spans Cancer in its later degrees.
