Natasha,You have had for many years transiting (planets in the sky) Pluto (transformation, also power) conjunting (energy is combined with) Nadir (inner world), indicating many years of INTENSE transformation of your inner world. When Pluto transits the Nadir we are forced to give up the old ideas and beliefs we have kept with us but never used...whether we want to give them up or not. Pluto strips them away and gets rid of them, clearing the way for new things in our life. Although the time of this Pluto transits is frequently VERY stressful, the result is to empower ourselves and refocus ourselves on what is important to us.
In addition, adding to the stress, Pluto is opposing (energy is over-excited by) your Saturn (duty, also career, restriction). Pluto opposite Saturn creates an "irresistible force meets immovable object" effect. As Pluto is forcing these changes, you may have felt the urge to cling to your career, sense of structure, duties, responsibilities, etc. even as they were all being stripped away.
The challenge is to let go and ACCEPT the transformations which are resulting, particularly since Pluto conjuncting North node (future goals) focused in the 4th house (home, also emotions) is forcing you to "come home" out of your career and pay attention to your domestic and emotional issues you have been working towards your entire life.
Transformationally,
Tim
