11 years ago i was brutally attacked. 8 years later i was surprised to learn that the attacker had been caught, on DNA, and the state wanted my help in prosecuting. i gave grand jury testimony and he was indicted and charged, and was already incarcerated for similar crimes. we were to go to trial in summer '05, but my ADA left her post in early '05, which caused many, many, many cases to become even more backlogged.

today i was FINALLY contacted by the county, and a new ADA has been assigned. we will go to trial this summer.

im thinking that whatever the aspects are this summer, they will affect the trial and me, but what about the fact that i've learned this new info and will be meeting my legal team all during Pisces (my birth sign)? anybody have any insight? suggestions as to what to look at in my chart? i do have a *little* control over the timing of the trial, i.e. i can say I'm not available from x-date to x-date 'cause i'll be on vacation or something like that. he isn't going anywhere, he's in custody : ))))))).

What you need to concentrate on is your role in the trial. The guy has already been arrested and is in custody. There is DNA evidence linking him to other crimes (of which he was convicted). The DNA evidence from your attack will reinforce the other cases (as well as add years to his incarceration).

Let's hope that he is given consecutive sentances and not concurrent. I do think with Saturn in Leo and Pluto in Sagittarius there will be immense justice that is going to be served. You are a player in this situation (albeit a VERY important one).. but as far as astro goes... I believe his fate is the one being played out by the Planets.

and yes, i agree with you about the role- or lack of it - of astrology in this case. i think i know what you are saying ; ).
