Although I am not nearly as knowledgable on the subject I wish I could be, I hope being a part of this community can change some of that. I have had a great interest in astrology for quite a while since I first discovered my mum's Linda Goodman books, especially Love Signs which first caught my attention when I was 4, because I thought it was a love story with hearts all over the cover! Now years later, after actually learning how to read it I can say I was delighted to discover it openned windows to so much more...

To state the obvious I am a pisces, and a very watery one at that with also Mercury, Venus and Jupiter in the same sign! To help me out though there is my Aquarius ascendent and Leo moon.

I have many dear aqua friends and a lot of earth ones too, particularly Capricorns and Taureans. Have also had a very strong affinity with an older Virgo guy who I have had a great friendship with although wish it could've been more. Perhaps all that opposite attraction stuff playing with my head and heart! But unfortunately that seems to have ended as I have embarked on a new path back to study and his heart belongs to one of my good aqua friends. Very soap opera like. Leo moon back down!

Yay we can be newbies together
It's funny you mention that about signs running in families, because my mum is a taurus with pisces moon and my sister has a pisces ascendent.

I can relate to the stubbornness! And most of the time feel more balanced with having such an extroverted moon sign, because most of the time I can be quite shy until Leo forces me to open my mouth. After that there's no stopping it...
