hi everyone..welcome if you are new...
It is a extreme topic..i know..i have cold feeling about touching..touching refer to taurus, am i wrong...and i am scorpio who loves touching...i am not completely contrast to this..but i dnot like people touching ..sometimes i dont like even my boy friends..i want to be steril..i dont know am i puriten or not..i heard that virgos like that ..or it is related with uranus effects..so actually i am not frigid but i touch people(my friend,family and partners) hardly...i will leave here my chart..may be it is necessary..thank you...take care.

this is interesting... I'm a Scorpio and I absolutely HATE being touched, seriously it's very weird too. I just don't like to be touched, I dont like being poked, tickled, caressed anything. It makes me like angry inside, idk why. Its not so much that I feel "dirty" it's like, idk where ppls hands have been and I can ONLY imagine. Most of the time it's subconscious however. Growing up my home was very inaffectionate, we never got hugs and kisses, and rarely heard I love you. So I mean, I'm not big on the whole "touchy feeling" aspect of showing affection. I mean I show it but physically, I just don't like to be "petted" or touched...
It freaks me out

I LOVE to touch and be touched, both physically and emotionally....I have Sun in Scorp, Merc, Venus, Jupiter and Neptune, but I have Moon and Mars in Taurus....so would that be where the sensuality comes in... I'd go far as to say I am one of the most tactile of people you would ever meet. The thing about Scorp and Virgo being one sign. I dont know where that originates but I heard that Libra came in between them and separated the two sings. If you look at the glyphs they look very similar dont they. Virgo however has legs closed, whereas Scorp has hers open a little..... Of course...haha !! IP: Logged |

sue g... I love the thought of a Tactile Scorp. Fervently coupled in a passionate embrace....oooohh... sends shivers down my spine. I've got 6 planets in Virgo... not too sure why our glyph has has its legs closed... prolly relates to the purity of spirit rather than sexual purity... I know it don't apply to me. I also know other Virgos who are not 'sexually pure' either. The reason why Libra came between Virgo and Scorpio was due to the fact that Virgo and Scorpio were always in bed together, he he, and she thought she needed to balance things out a little bit. A bit of a party pooper in my opinion. Ha. ha. ------------------

Wow! I like touching ppl. I give lots of hugs and squeezes and when I talk to ppl, I tend to touch them. Of course, I'm careful about it because I don't like to invade people's personal space, but I am a toucher that's for sure. LOLI just love affectionate touches that are given w/love. I'm a VERY tactile person. When I shop, I stroke and touch fabrics to see how they feel before I even consider buying them. I just find it all very sensual and it makes me feel very alive. ------------------

I think you have the same exact chart that I have, except different houses. I know what you mean, I think it's because of the Mars in Aquarius thing, we need lots of space, or at least a lot of time before we let people get close to us or it makes you feel uncomfortable, like you want to jump out of your skin...and can turn you into a very cold distant resentful person? I think a lot of it depends on the things that have happened to you also. You live and you learn... and preserve yourself..hah. IP: Logged |

Neval3000 - I have Sun, Mars and Venus in Gem w/Virgo rising. I have Taurus on the Midheaven and Pluto in Virgo in the 1st house w/a Cancer moon. You'd think w/some of these placements, I'd be very aloof, but I'm not. Once I get warmed up forget it. I touch, touch and touch. I believe in good company, good food and good drink. I have my moon in the 11th house of friendship, so connecting w/ppl that I care about and showing them how I feel by spending time and welcoming them into my life and home is what it's all about. Being close whether it's physically, emotionally or mentally w/the ppl you love and who love you back just can't be beat. I look very buttoned-down and prissy in appearance, but there's ALOT going on underneath. I'm a VERY passionate and intense person about life.  ------------------

Do you mean me? Sorry, I wasn't sure if you were talking about me or not. However regardless, that Mars in Aquarius statement is 100% accurate
tough to have especially cuz my 1st house Venus and Libra Asc, as well as Leo moon want to be extremely affectionate. And all those Scorpio placements want to express that passion.
But that Mars in Aquarius singleton of mine puts out like a harsh stop. like an unseen stop sign at a major 4 way intersection...
throughout my life (so far) ive had to learn when to not "drive so fast" and when to "speed things up a little". sometimes i let that "distance" get the best of me..and being in the 4th house doesnt help either...

neval, my impression is that you don't have any earth in your chart, so love starts in your mind and not in your body-maybe you like to express yourself in other ways? Some people are too physical and it's always right for you..I have Mars in Sag and I am better at expressing myself verbally or with praise than physically..I am not cold in anyway and resent anyone who says so. Neval, try and find someone who accepts you the way you are already, instead of accomodating others who do not get you. Natasha
