Being a pisces I have (especially lately) been incredibly attracted to virgos, but often find myself both loving and loathing them at the same time! Perhaps it is because they have many personality traits I wish I had myself.

What has your opposite sign taught you about yourself? Can you form lasting relationships with your opposite or are there too many differences for anything to be sustainable?

Thanks for your reply you little virgo magnet you! Although, I didn't know many virgos up until now and don't have any virgo in my chart I find myself being very comfortable around them. Particularly with this one virgo guy with an aqua moon and capricorn ascendant. He came across as very aloof at first and is naturally quite introverted but once he started openning up it's been interesting to define what we actually have between us.

I guess what I'm trying to figure out is whether the connection is one better suited to a friendship than a relationship. For instance, he tends not to have many lasting friendships and once he is in a relationship he consumes all his energy into it. Although after a while he tends to lose interest or just comes to realizations and cuts people out of his life quite suddenly and I'm afraid of that happenning as I can get very sentimental and attached.

I don't see anything happenning between us for a while if anything were to happen because we have taken separate paths at the moment, but I can't help but get that feeling that I will re-unite again with him in the future.

Sorry if this sounds like prying, but I am curious, are you still on good terms with your virgo?

I'm a Capricorn so you can imagine the kinds of differences we had! He was completely open/talkative, brutally honest, wore his heart on his sleeve etc and I was exactly the opposite! But there was an instant attraction there that seemed bizarre and just right at the time.

Thing is we just couldn't understand each other. I couldn't understand his 'twin' nature (being moody and depressed one moment and then buzzing about the place the next) and he couldn't understand why I was so closed about my emotions and why I had trouble just 'letting go' sometimes.

I have a strong Mars in Cappy in the 8th - and anything cancer I find too clingy and smothering for me - being independent and freedom loving.

On the other hand, I have a Taurus moon and the bulk of friends, family and men in my life continue to be either Scorpios or have Scorpio moons. Even my one Cap girlfriend has a Scorpio moon. Maybe it's b/c my Vertex and True Node are both in Scorpio, but I find that most of my 'lessons' are taught by Scorpios. Plus boy Scorps make me all quivery inside. Who can resist the happy quivers? Not moi.

Our Ascendants are in opposition with only 16 minutes of arc. That also means that our Ascendants conjunct each other's Descendants. That's actually strong relationship connection.

Her Venus trines my Ascendant with 3 minutes of arc.

Her Scorpio Moon trines my Pisces Moon with 1'47 orb

my Scorpio Sun conjunct her Scorpio Moon with 3'56 orb

I am a Sag Sun / Aries moon / Virgo rising.

I am now married to a Leo Sun / Pisces moon / Virgo rising.. He's the bomb

His Venus conjuncts my Rising sign and Pluto in the first house (which also falls into his first house). My Sun, Moon and Venus forms a beautiful trine with his Sun / Mercury. We also are blessed with our rising sign planets - Mercury LOVING each other's Moon and Venus signs His trines mine while mine forms a Sextile to his moon in pisces and a trine to his Venus in Virgo.
