Let me make myself clear if you guys do not understand. Say I 12th house moon and my mate has 6 house moon. Is that good for the couple. That would be considered like Pisces and Virgo. It is opposition but in alot of cases it works..I know that you may have to take the signs into consideration to but just asking in general...

In my opinion it is important to keep separate interpretation of individual charts and interpretation of combined charts (synastry). Individual charts have planets focused in houses, indicating that people put their energy into that house. This has nothing to do with synastry.

Synastry involves looking at another person's planets AROUND another person. With synastry, it is perfectly possible that a person with the individual planet-house positions you describe (i.e., Moon in the 6th of one person's chart and Moon in the 12th house of the other person's chart) to have their Moons TRINE, SQUARE, or CONJUNCT (for example) when compared to each other.

Looking at the differences between individual charts and synastry,

Tim

cool question
like complimentary opposites
although its not as evident as the sign placement its energy is still there.
My important relationships have had an 11th house Moon (I have a 5th house Moon)
their 11th house not mine.

Good question Mama Mia ...

I think it WOULD make a difference, in the similar pattern you lay out. For example: If you have a Moon in the 5th House, I think it would make a BIG difference in how you would relate to someone with their Moon in Leo.

So I would think the same cross-reference with only Houses would matter lots.
