On many different websites I've read various meanings in synastry about the SUN conjunct NN. And what I'm confused about is whose bringing who into what? In my situation I have someone's SUN conj my NN in Libra 7th house. OK so Libra is the sign of partnerships, marriage, harmony, balance, etc. Now my NN is also in Libra in the 7th house. So that means in this life I'm learning about partnerships, etc. But what I don't get is the person who's SUN is conjunct my NN can't teach my squat about harmony, balance, marriage, etc. I read that instant friendship is probable with that interaspect, but if there is any hesitation it's on the North Node person. Now I've become friends with this person almost immediately, but if the NN is about struggling then why waste your time continuing anything with the person. I've always been my ole natural Libran self as far as love and relationships go. But this particular relationship I just don't understand. Does anyone have any comments on this? ThanksIP: Logged |

Kay Libra, using Tim's analogy with the ladder it'd mean that this person has come into your life to teach you something about developing your identity and understanding where you want to go in life. Harmony and balance are concepts associated with Libra which means you're probably already good at integrating those into your personality. But the NN is also about developing traits that didn't come naturally to you so it would most definitely point to something outside of that sphere. Not sure if this helps answer your q, but it's what I got out of the discussion on the nodes. IP: Logged |
