I was just curious about what aspects others have to their ascendant and how it influences them. I've been reading about my Neptune sextile Ascendant and Pluto trine Ascendant lately, but I still feel like I don't have a clear idea of what influence that will have. Anybody else have these aspects that could enlighten me?
I also have Venus in my 1st House which probably influences my ascendant as well.
Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah, I posted a thread a few months back asking for ascendant aspects in synastry and didn't get much of a response...

As far as individual and composite charts go, I find Houses ARE, essentially, the Ascendant's aspects.

But yeah, particularly in synastry, I would really like to know about Ascendant-Planet angles.

Leo Asc Sextile Libra Moon, for example... I'd like to find something more than the fact that a Moon falls in my 3rd House...

This may help, but keep in mind a couple of examples. If you have Asc Conj Neptune, that would give you a more Neptunian appearance or way of going about things.

If you have Asc Square Saturn, you may not come across as someone who has a natural business sense. In the process of overcoming the challenge, however, you may turn out to be better than average.

Maybe you'll get a better feel for it...

i also have pluto trine my ascendant...i know my negative traits and it gives me the desire to change them.

others aspects to my ascendant:
saturn opposite asc.
neptune opposite asc. (people say i look spaced out all the time)
sun and jupiter sextile asc.

not sure how those affect me, probably affects my appearance.

scorpio moon in 6th, cancer rising.

[sun, mercury, jupiter in taurus, venus, and chiron all in 12th]

Trine Saturn
Sextile Moon

Kind of interesting to me, in a way. They're all so different.

My Ascendant aspects according to astro.com:
Conjunct Venus and Neptune (as well as Ceres and Juno); sextile Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto; trine Chiron and square Pholus.

I read on Bob Marks site that if you have Ceres in the first house that you have a "mothering" quality and that people come to you for advice/support. That is true for me; I know most people consider me "nuturing". I have read that Venus can make you "charming" or a "pleasure addict", and Neptune can make you "psychic and sensitive" or "prone to be an addict!"........ I don't know what effect the Ascendant has being sextile to Uranus,Jupiter and Pluto since those are all in conjunction? Hmm......still learning.
