Differences in house placement between astro sites is usually caused by a Daylight Savings Time error in putting in the chart information. In general, it is best to simply use astro.com and trust its automatic calculations.

In terms of astronomical/astrological accuracy, I would trust astro.com. Taking a look at the planets positions between the two sites (as you posted them) there are only minor differences. Your North node is Leo in both versions: "Ay Düğümü (T) 14°46' leo 9" and "True Node Leo 14°25'54 08". None of your planets or nodes are in Virgo.
