Can anyone explain the significance of a persons Saturn return. I know its when youre 28-29.. and SAturn is in conjuction with your Saturn. Can someone explain the effects on a person going thru this "challenging" period. I am not(been there) but i wanted to explain it to a friend and not sure how to.
