when someones saturn in 10 house success is delayed..that is too bad..in my school years i am very succeed..today i am ...but is that means such as:be a manager...if that is..it can be true...actually i am not well my today' work..it is not bad..bot i feel it can better...

or it means that ;i have to work more to others people..if its..it unfair..what is that..and of course i am ambitious..i have scorpio sun;moon aries;as sag...
someday i want to be a good position..

Having Saturn (duty, also career) focused in the 10th house (duty, also career) also indicates a strong focus on career. The career energy is there and the person works step by step toward their goal.

Saturn in Libra is exalted and Saturn in the 10th house is in accidental dignity. You are ambitiously climing the mountain towards your goals!

Some other things to consider:

If you have a retrograde Saturn, the planetary energy will be directed inward rather than outward.

What aspects do you have with Saturn?

Do you have Capricorn ruling the cusp of a house(s) or is it intercepted?

Saturn is conjunct my NN in Virgo, opposite my sun. I have this whole 5th/10th house issue with wanting to be successful and dutiful, while at the same time sublimating my creative abilities. It's a difficult task, but I am patient, for the time being anyway.

Right now, I am a stay at home mom, and as much as I love being able to spend time with my children, I am dying to get out and DO SOMETHING...SERVE, HELP, GIVE...use my gifts.

Good luck to you and don't see this placement as a negative thing. Look at it as having the patience to persevere and strive for your best. That nagging feeling of driving accomplishment will nag at you until it's expressed. Take care.

i have some qouestions:
1)in my country;i try to understand what is the publice career..(is that mean show business;or arts;or government)my lang is not english so sometimes i can not understand words meaning.
2)as my some planets are in 10 th house career is the first focus..i realized that i adapt my everything to my work..sometimes i t can bad and people especially my family and friends also my bfriend dont undrestand why i love to work...

3)my asc is sagitt;and moon aries...

4)my ambition make be crazy someday

The 10th house has to do with "career" as in, step by step, one thing at a time, climb/crawl our way to the top career. The TYPE of career is not indicated, except that it must be some sort of traditional, step by step approach to career. This means that places where anybody can sit anywhere and everyone is all "equal" will NOT be interesting to a 10th house person. They expect to get to the top of their career mountain and be able to look down on everyone after they get there!

In general, show business and the arts are more 5th house (self-expression), as these are ways for a person to express themselves and there is not as much emphasis on "step by step"...if a person is very talented, they may skip all the steps altogether and simply go on world tours without having to work very hard at it.

Government, with its layers and layers of different divisions and sub-divisions is more "career"-like. Everyone one starts at the bottom and works their way up the ladder of all the different layers. There is usually a definite sense of people "above" and people "below" you in governmental jobs.
