Please could someone answer a question for me about which I am unclear, why are the US talking about invading Iran?

This was brought to mind from a statement made by LaLaLinda in another topic which said something about hoping Iran didn't decide to blow Israel off the face of the earth.

Hoping to gain some knowledge here.

Thanks for taking time to reply. Its just I that I find it a very scarey prospect, especially when the reasons that we hear for it are a bit 'wishy washy' to say the least.

It also comes acroos when we get info over here that most US citizens are 100pc behind their leadeership. In view of what you've just said its also similar to the way we are over here (those of us that think that is)with regard to our leadership - although at the moment it seems as though we are being led by Your leadership.

No disrespect meant here to all you decent American people.
