In astrology, the vertex is a point in space seen near the Eastern horizon (and the Ascendant) in the two-dimensional horoscope. In astrological theory, planet(s) close to it are supposed to lend their personality to the event(s) that the chart captures.IP: Logged |

I have similar synastry with a former lover. My Venus and Neptune conjunct his Sun/Moon midpoint (3 orb) and his Venus conjuncts my Vertex (1 orb). Your Sun/Moon midpoint is a powerful point for fated relationships, activating your feelings, soul mate connections, etc (my understanding... please anyone correct me if I'm wrong). The Vertex, when activated in synastry or by transits, brings people into our lives that have a huge impact. It's not necessarily romantic, but of course it can be. Either way, this is very powerful synastry to have with another person and the two of you will likely have a powerful impact on each others lives. IP: Logged |
