Hello! I am new to the forum, but a long time lover of Linda and her work.I just turned 29 on April 13, and I know this is supposed to be a somewhat tumultuous time in my life with the Saturn return. I'm wondering - what can I expect? I hear it's common to meet your twin soul OR very important soul mates at this time... anyone have any experiences with this? I've been doing some research online about Saturn returns, but I would really love to hear personal experiences or any insight you all might have for me. Oh, and here's my info in case this helps! Scarlett,The Saturn return is a time of testing in the area where Saturn is in our birth chart. With Saturn conjunct (energy is combined with) your Ascendant (self), it may be a time of personal testing of yourself and your personal ability to be mature and responsible (Saturn). Tim - when you say Saturn return is a time of testing where Saturn appears in one's chart - may I be so bold as to ask you where this would entail for me? What does Saturn in the first house entail? Scarlett,Saturn in the 1st generally indicates that one of life's lessons for you revolves around building up (emphasis on that term) a mature personality for yourself. That is, you have to "grow up" and abandon your childish ways by the time Saturn returns to its natal position. If you have done this successfully you can actually expect some (material) rewards coming your way as Saturn congratulates you on persevering for so long. But if you have refused to grow up you will be forced to do so under very unfavorable circumstances... As for soul unions, I had a friend who met the love of his life around the time of *her* saturn return, although it could've been just a coincidence. jkxx - thank you so much. This helps a lot! I think, I hope I have matured to my proper age. I live a responsible life, much more so than a few years ago even. I have a great career, a lot of responsibility. I have really worked on relationships with family. I am financially stable - the only thing I would really say my life is missing is LOVE! Actually, I have lots of love, just not a partner! I have been a scaredy cat for a long time and I have committment issues... but that's a whole other topic. Can this be considered "immaturity"?
