Kewl blog! quote: The interplay between the natal Moon and natal Saturn has a lot to do with physical health and/or a healthy lifestyle. Negative aspects between the two show boundaries that must be dealt with as a part of our maturation process. They may be expanded, re-defined, removed, or gone around, but they cannot be ignored. The process always begins with understanding that such boundaries once served a purpose. In some way they protected us.
Sheesh...I don't know what it is, I feel like a hypochondriac, except I really am getting sick alot. Headaches headaches headaches, bad sinus problems and pain, allergies, colds, dizziness...I deal with these problems everyday! I dont know what Im doing wrong, or how else I can get over this...it's annoying. I have: Saturn in Virgo, 5th house Saturn quincunx Sun Saturn conjunct North Node Saturn involved in a T-square: Saturn opposite Moon in Pisces, 11th Saturn square Neptune in Sagittarius, 7th Pluto and Uranus in the 6th house of health. Thanks Zala I checked out some of the website. I may give accupuncture a try when I find the time. I forgot that I've also got transiting Saturn opposite my Sun, Mars and Mercury. I'm sure that's taking its toll on me right now. I think I'll survive. Thanks for your concern How have you been lately? IP: Logged |

For a good reading, your chart data is required. However--Virgo Saturn conjunct the North Node tells me that, as a child, being sick (may have been the only thing that) got you attention. For a young child, getting attention is a survival issue. This suggests a subconscious fear of being too healthy, which equals being invisible to those whom you love and this feels very threatening. The Pisces and Neptune elements also suggest possible psycho-somatic illness. I think it might be helpful to consult a therapist.------------------ You are a blessing and you are blessed. Rev. P.S. Another possibility might be hypoglycemia. Try getting all the sugar and refined starch out of your diet for a couple of weeks and see what happens.------------------ You are a blessing and you are blessed. Rev. Alice www.lifeprintastrology.com IP: Logged |

Aries Saturn, for example, draws the line of acceptable behavior from others at the skin. They will allow anything except and actual threat to their lives–until they lean better. That is interesting Rev, but I am not sure I understand exactly what you mean. I have an Aries Saturn (5th house opposing Sun with a 6 degree orb). Also you said: Our natal Saturn shows our spiritually conferred authority, meaning what we are authorized to do. Claiming that authority, based on our present level of (spiritual) maturity, also confers certain rights. Could you expound on that? Very interesting, thanks! IP: Logged |

Hi Rev. Alice that's an interesting interpretation. Looking upon my posts in this thread it does seem like I may have been looking for attention through bringing up the fact that I am constantly getting sick. Could it all be in the mind?...How awful that stress, or psycho-somatic illness could translate to actual bodily pain.Hmmm I can't ever recall using the times when I was sick to get the attention of my parents. Or ever purposely trying to get sick to get their attention either. However, I think it might be correct that the times when I was sick may have been the only time I got attention from my mother when I was young. Fear of being too healthy...sounds odd, but I can sort of understand that. I wonder what kind of pycho-somatic illnesses I may possibly have or be susceptible too? Hehe don't tell me, I may use that to my advantage What kind of therapist do you say? I don't see a doctor regularly. Maybe see a gp once or twice a year. I did see a ear and throat specialist this year because of my sinus issues...that's about it. Hypoclycemia may be an issue. My 6th house cusp is in Libra. I dont eat sugary foods that often...except when Im feeling exhausted to make me feel better...for that time...obviously not good for feeling well in the long term. I would like to know what you see in my chart if you have the time. I was born on January 30, 1979, noon in Thompson, Manitoba. Thank you PS. Sorry about hijacking your thread with my problems IP: Logged |

Hiya Rev.Alice -Did you ever get around to examining the "keyword" issue in your Web site? Maybe your intention has nothing to do with being at the top of a google list. But wasn't sure if you were able to consider that with any satisfaction? (Or if you even recall someone here had mentioned it). ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness

Has anyone read 'The Invitation' by Oriah Mountain Dreamer. It is ....words cannot describe (despite gem merc!) I was crying on the bus for the whole journey from university to home. 40 minutes man!! But seriously, I had started to close up my heart hugely. Too much pain and all that stuff. But it isnt me. It wasn't me at all. And reading this book, I realise I was never as cerebral as I am these days. Back then, despite the hurt, I was sooo in touch with my heart, with myself and I felt whole. Fair enough there are some boundaries I could have established to save me some unnecessary hurt but I guess right now I am balancing out. (Mars in Libra y'all) I feel great, I feel friggin alive and most importantly I can feel pain again. Not drama, not the stuff I am somewhat conditioned to feel, but that ache that is lurks around the chest area. Its the ache that lies there after that tremeduous pleasure you feel you will never recover from. Like when life is too good you feel you will die. Or when Sex is so good, you kinda die. That one. Its the ache that lies there when you feel sorrow and cant stop crying for the one you love, knowing they feel sh!! Its all of that and more. Rev. Alice, Im sorry I hijacked the thread. But I felt moved to share. I feel great and I want everybody else to. Aaaah. IP: Logged |

Mystic Dream"Aries Saturn, for example, draws the line of acceptable behavior from others at the skin." This means that you allow others to do almost anything they want to you----unless or until---it begins to feel life-threatening. You tend to accept unacceptable behavior from others. EXAMPLE: You might stay in a marriage that battered your spirit until it began to feel like it was killing you. With Aries Saturn opposite your Sun, abuse may interfere with self-awarness. You may keep trying to meet the standards of others, even though they really make no sense for you. Libra in the fifth represents conditioning that you "should act like" another or others. That was an opinion of your parents, not a mandate from God/dess. The authority issue is simple: You should be your own authority, make your own rules, your own choices. Your say is the final authority ,relative to your own life. IP: Logged |
