Alice unregistered	posted April 29, 2006 10:39 AM Libra on the second means that you have been taught that your personal assets(2nd) belong to others/Libra..........or conversely, that theirs belong to you. Balance is needed and some definition of what is yours and what is mine. Ruler in 11, may make this an issue with friends. Uranus in 2nd makes adaptability a personal asset and probably means that changes are needed.
