Can you elaborate on the "ANUBIS in Leo trines True Node" and "Atlantis conj Aura"?

For the first it looks as though self-expression will come easily if I am myself?

And the second mentions that it is important for me to associate the proper emotion with an event so as not to react in the wrong way.

I just want to make sure I interpret the reading correctly..
