His Saturn (duty, also restriction, authority) focused in her 8th house (transformation, also sex) indicates she sees him as being sexual restrictive or a sexual authority in some way.

How this affects the relationship depends upon how she responds to these feelings about his energies. It may help for her to understand that all this is HER point of view. To understand HIS point of view, HER planets need to be put around HIS birth chart.

Synastry planets transposed do not just go one way.

Theyve also felt some sort of vulnerability around me, as in: Do i show her the good or the bad side of Saturn here [in the sign its in] -- Is it OK to be vulnerable? That kind of thing. And as a result of how the Saturn person acts that determines what kind of feeling the house person moves through. If the Saturn person chooses to act controlling the 8th house person will of course feel restricted, etc.

Also look at aspects their Saturn is making to your chart. If in their natal its looking like Highway To Hell but combined with yours their Saturn takes on Easy Street [say a trine to your Jupiter] that would make a big difference.

If you both have good cooperation skills, the Saturn/8th will provide all the stick-to-it one could hope for. Just don't get a divorce ... and get a pre-nup ... (hope I didn't make anyone upset???)
