I have similar placements, very severe, couldn't agree more.

Saturn in 1st, I read a lot about this and it says that this is the heaviest "Karma", but then what isn't? But it is about Karma of the self, not anyone else. I have Saturn in Leo in the 1st, insecurities come with Leo issues: Ego, Control, the illusion of Power, Respect,...etc, so when applied to your Scorpio Saturn is your clue to your insecurities, if your Scorpionic values(passion, depth...etc)as you apply them to your self (1st house) are threatened (you don't have to be a Scorpio), you are triggered and you immediately react.

Saturn Square Moon also, and Mars. With the Moon, it is usually issues with the mother/home/childhood/not enough love...etc. With Mars, unresolved and unchanneled anger, which can exemplify itself into one big unexpected rage if triggered. You have a Venus Trine Saturn, it is not as bad as the square, it means you are rather mature when it comes to love, will not probably make "foolish" choices, always indicate age difference in your relationships, sort of pre-meditated love affairs.

With your Sun Saturn Square, Sun represents the father, as the moon represents the mother, so I would say issues with father/authority figures/stifling of your energy sometimes...etc.

Saturn conjunct the Asc. will give you Capricorn traits in looks and attitude, despite your Scorpio ascendant, you will seem reserved to people, conservative,...and maybe the Scorp. Asc will add "mystery" to that. You will look older than you are when you are young, and as you grow older, you will tend to look younger! Saturn conjunct Asc. also could be responsible for the greying of the hair at a young age, do you have a few straying grey ones?
