The Wheel of flower petals spinning outward could mean the "Sahasrara Chakra" that is activated when one gets enlightened.
The 13 for Heavens/Pleaides/Draco is for our consciousness to transcend the alien DNA whose strands we carry. The astrological notation is the Draco Head and Tail (i.e True Node and South Node)So the next generation of humans will have the DNA activated by the two undiscovered planets already, even though their discovery has not been confirmed officially.
