Two of my aqua friends are in my 12th house, same with my brother. I don’t really keep anything hidden from them, more like I trust them enough to share secrets with.------------------ ;-) IP: Logged |

shop,The 12th house is sometimes called the "hidden" house because a person tends not to be aware of energies in the 12th house. Planets which are in the 12th house can be "hidden" energies from the person. As a result, when the energies in the 12th house become activated, it may seem to the person as if the energy is coming out of nowhere...and if they don't like the results it may seem as that the other person is the "hidden enemy" causing all the problems. While it is possible people's energy in our 12th house can indicate hidden energy coming out with negative results, it can also mean their energy is hidden from us, and we can make them an enemy by not understanding them and their energies. Using energy from someone else which is focused in our 12th house is frequently a matter of having faith in them and their energies...since another meaning for the 12th house is "spirituality", which is also something hidden from us until we believe in others. Tim, So if my North Node and my Ascendant Aka Rising Sign are in Cancer in another person's 12th house then am I a secret past life enemy?

I have read (in Sepharial's book) that Pluto in the 12th house makes a person into a formidable enemy. I know of a person with Pluto in the 12th house and they're also a water trine (with Scorp ascendent) and I have to admit I'm kind of scared of them! lol (Seriously when I first saw them, from a distance, I picked up a strong 'vibe'). I have been told by 'upfront' people that I have just met, and people who have known me for awhile 'comming out' and saying to me "Ya know you have a VERY definate presence." Or, YOU SCARE ME. Now I am a meek and mild mannered Taurus Sun, with a Pisces Moon.....BUT I have Pluto in Leo 12th House. And Uranus in Leo 12th. Obviously I give off a 'power' vibe. Also I am always offended when people tell me this...as I mature I am learning to appreciate it. As far as 12th being a signal for someone who might not have your best interests at heart? I say no way 12th is hidden energy or buried if you will, nothing more nothing less. For a red flag I personally would look to an aspected planet in the 8th. That is where our sexual house lies. And legalities. A stab you in the back spouse, friend or co-worker is more likely to represent there. EDIT oh and my Pluto 12th is conjunct ASC HEEEHEEEEEIP: Logged |

I have Pluto in the 12th conjunct another powerful planet, people whom are psychically inclined are usually afraid of me because they sense something powerful and assume its bad... It is not Im also a Water Sign with a Water ASC. IP: Logged |

Mystic,You asked: quote: ...So if my North Node and my Ascendant Aka Rising Sign are in Cancer in another person's 12th house then am I a secret past life enemy?...
I wasn't talking about past lives...I was talking about THIS life. A person whose energies fall into our 12th house is partialy hidden from us. We don't see directly these energies there in our 12th house...although we can get a "sense" that they are there. Points, such as the Ascendant and North node, are not energies, but they do indicate a place where we focus our attention. With our Ascendant (self) in someone else's 12th house, the other person feels that our "self" is some way hidden to them. The nodes are very different sort of point, since they indicate a personal life direction. Since we have only one ultimate life direction, I only interpret Nodes in the birth chart and do not look at nodes in synastry charts. As to "past life" connections, since the SOUTH node has to do with the past and the things we come into this world being able to do easily...it makes sense to consider the South node as an indicator of what we did in a past life. Again, this is only for the birth chart and has nothing to do with the synastry. Talking about the present by way of the past, Tim IP: Logged |

Hey Node and Lei_Kuei, nice to meet you! Your posts are reassuring to me, and I believe you. This girl that I saw, I saw her in the street from my boyfriend's window - she was talking to her sister, who was a neighbour of my boyfriend. This was the first time I saw her and didn't know anything about her chart, but I instantly/intuitively knew who she was (there was a past romantic connection with my boyfriend) and felt this strong vibe about her. It worried me that she wanted to get back on the scene with my boyfriend and I was intimidated by what I was picking up from her. It was afterwards that my boyfriend told me about her chart. So I guess maybe I was just picking up on her presence rather than anything that would indicate that she'd be my enemy? (It was months ago now and I haven't seen hide nor hair of her since then). GeminiLover75: Yea I wouldn't worry about the enemies thing, Id be more inclined to agree with the 8th house been more of an issues as regards powerful enemies cause I have encountered 8th house Suns and Pluto's that have turned out to be my biggest advisories and rivals hehe... of course from their perspective my 12th house is what bugs them Hey Tim, I have Neptune conjunct my South node is Sag - 2nd house, I'm a Pisces also... Dose that indicate that I may have had heavy Neptuning influences in my previous life focused in Sag? IP: Logged |

Lei,That sounds reasonable to me...strong connections to the South node indicate strong situations in a past life that led to this life. Agreeing, Tim IP: Logged |

No, the 12th house not the house of enemies, but it's the house of our own deamons, no matter if we are aware of them or not. You could call it the house of being your own worst enemy.IP: Logged |

If I may, this is what makes astrology fascinating. It requires much more than one placement, one sign, etc. to reach a definitive conclusion.I'm a person who has experienced 12th house & 8th house signs as harmful to me ... eventually. Yet the people representing those signs have also been very positive experiences at times as well. In my case, the asteroids aspecting both play a role as do the nodes (in both charts). Plus there is the theory about others introducing us to our soul growth. So what may be a tragic event for me, may be a karmic debt or something for that person's soul growth and I'm just the vehicle. There are several ways to view these things imo. IP: Logged |
