** Your Starcast for May 21-June 20 **

Keep reading for a look into all the glorious details of this astrologically hyper-charged month. See just what the planets have in store and be prepared to lay low, or bask in the glory of upcoming astrological energies, depending on where the planets travel these next few weeks!

May 20: Sun into Gemini
The Sun has followed Mercury, his constant companion, into Gemini -- and boy, is it obvious, to one and all. Everyone is moving at warp speed nine, dashing around, talking a mile a minute and multitasking, whether they need to or not. Your mission -- and you really should try to accept it -- is to give in, move as quickly as you can and not waste a second, no matter what you're up to. You'll feel better if you get things done fast -- and think of everything you'll be able to accomplish! You might also help a slower-moving friend to pick up the pace a bit ... Couldn't hurt, right?

May 26: Mercury square Uranus
It's one of those days. The kind when anything could happen, for better or worse, when you least expect it. That said, your best bet is to follow a very slow and methodical schedule -- although that won't be easy. The problem is that while we'll all be in the mood to act without thinking, that's the very thing we shouldn't do. In fact, if we don't slow down just a tad, it's a given that even seemingly calm and stable situations could suddenly turn not just unpredictable, but also volatile. Your mission, then, is to stay on your toes, pay attention to what's going on around you, and not fall into any potholes -- figuratively and literally speaking.

May 27: New Moon in Gemini, Sun sextile Saturn
When it comes to having 'that chat' -- you know, the one you've been anticipating for quite some time -- it's easy to see that choosing the right time is going to be very important to you. Well, guess what? It's time. The new Moon -- the perfect time for new beginnings -- will be exact today, for starters, and it's going to be in Gemini, the chattiest sign out there. But wait -- there's more! The Sun, also in communicative Gemini, will hook up in most pleasant fashion with serious Saturn, the trustworthiest planet in the heavens. These two are also the two planets astrologers look to for authoritative decisions. So if you've got one of those to make, have no fear: All the cosmic lights are as green as they could possibly be.

This new Moon will most affect Geminis born May 25-29, Virgos born August 27-31, Sagittarians born November 26-30 and Pisceans born March 23-27.

May 29: Venus into Taurus
Venus, the goddess of love, harmony and romance, has just left red-hot Aries behind in favor of something a whole lot calmer: sedate, responsible Taurus. Until late next month, then, even the most flirtatious among us will be noticeably quieter, more discreet and maybe even ... well, maybe even a bit shyer. If that happens to you (especially if your typical MO is to saunter across the dance floor and ask that handsome stranger what time you should pick them up the next night), not to worry. This, too, shall pass. You may remain a lot pickier about the company you keep for a few weeks -- in fact, we all will -- but it could pay off big in the long run.

June 3: Mercury into Cancer, Mars into Leo
Planets carry distinct energy, and each one rules some aspect of our behavior -- Mercury, for example, influences how we speak. When a planet changes signs, then, it affects us all in that specific department. Well, there are two major costume changes coming along today that will throw a whole bunch of us for a great big loop -- and give many of us the boost we've been waiting for. Mercury is off for emotional Cancer, so be aware that for the next three weeks, your heart will want to have its say every time you open your mouth. It's also going to be tough to express yourself without making a scene. Today's second planetary relocation concerns Mars, the planet of action, who's off for dramatic -- occasionally melodramatic -- Leo. And the Lion has never been famous for keeping its opinions to itself! Better cut back on the caffeine -- just for a month or so ....

June 5: Sun square Uranus
Experiencing flashes of genius is one thing -- one great thing! -- but implementing those ideas is quite another. Well bust out the mental tool belt, because you're coming into enough energy to start building the future you crave. Quirky Uranus might awaken your inner rebel, but that doesn't mean you have to stand idly by and wait for the result! Be proactive with the antsy energy of this potentially challenging square, and consider ways to turn your ideas into reality. Right now, real progress is at your fingertips.

June 10: Sun trine Neptune
Ever heard that song about wishing on a star? Well, it must have been written when this planetary combination was hooked up in the heavens. The Sun, our own personal star, is currently locked in a romantic embrace with Neptune, who unfailingly inspires us to dream. The good news is that these two can make our most cherished dreams come true -- with just a little effort. The bad news is that putting out that effort could be tough, because Neptune often convinces us that everything we've been wishing for has already come true. Your mission: to see things realistically, or to find someone who can -- someone who'll tell you the truth.

June 11: Full Moon in Sagittarius
If the culmination of a certain project is what you're after, then the full Moon is the time to get it! Just one word of caution, though: Don't force things. This is a time to let the work you've already done fall into place and to perfect those finishing touches. Remember that the major challenge of a full Moon lies in finding balance. With the Moon in expansive Sagittarius, you may find yourself pulled toward new ideas and exciting philosophies. So let yourself explore a bit ... then be sure to come back to the detail work that will likely bring you the greatest success right now.

This full Moon will most affect Geminis born June 9-13, Virgos born September 11-15, Sagittarians born December 10-14 and Pisceans born March 9-13.

June 15: Venus square Neptune
If you thought you were dizzily in love last week -- or dizzily focused on making a dream come true -- well, let's just say that you ain't seen nothing yet. The big news is that the best is yet to come. Remember last week's revelation that a little realistic effort can accomplish a whole lot? Well, here's yet another opportunity for you to do just that: Put out the effort to make a whole lot happen -- all of it positive, and all of it involving money and love. Venus in earthy Taurus is all set up with dreamy Neptune to help you figure out what you want most. Your job is to make sure your feet are planted squarely on the ground -- then start aiming at your target.

June 18: Mars conjunct Saturn
Talk about serious conversations -- you're about to have one that will make your last ten heart-to-hearts look like simple little chats. Now, that doesn't mean you have anything to worry about. It's just the natural result when passionate, determined Mars connects with Saturn, a particularly serious planet that's never been known to renege on a promise. In short, don't say it if you don't mean it ... and don't even think about saying it if you're not sure. This is the time for promises made to be promises kept. Period.

June 19: Mars square Jupiter
Last week ended on a serious note, complete with intense conversation and solemn promises -- but now all those serious moods should start lightening up. For the most part, anyway. If you did make a pledge, don't expect to wiggle out of it. And if you didn't, but you wanted to, today's square between action-loving Mars and outgoing Jupiter may be the final push that gets you to either extend or accept that promise. If you're still doubtful, wait until tomorrow when the Sun enters Cancer and everyone will be operating more from their hearts than their minds -- which isn't always a bad thing ....

Enjoy the Sun's transit of Gemini!

And another bunch from Celestial Trends ( http://www.alphalifetrends.com/sys-tmpl/seeourwork/view_all.nhtml ):

This week, May 21st, through May 27th, brings a new focus into our life with the combination of our spiritual connection and the flow of information. It is as though two rivers are finally connecting and bringing about our movement into the rightful direction. Monday Neptune becomes stationary and ready to change directions, as Neptune rules the Divine connection of events in our life. Having these rivers connect allows Neptune to be complete with this phase. The actions and flows create a powerful current that is taking us through the events of this week. Wednesday and Thursday provide the surge of energy that assists us as we move toward Friday’s New Moon in Gemini. The flow down the river of information to this New Moon allows us to find many pieces of the puzzle and put into their proper place. There is a great many resolutions that are happening this week, topped with a fresh new energy moving into place.

This week, May 28th through June 3rd, we begin to address our emotional issues of security as we are freed up by last week’s breath of fresh air that emerged with the New Moon late Friday. Our emotions will become soothed as Venus moves into soft, earthy Taurus on Monday, allowing us to experience the healing energy of Taurus. On Wednesday Mercury opposes Pluto’s power issues, bringing us another round of information that will require resolution. This next set of resolutions will begin with Wednesday’s event of Mercury connecting to Pluto and final resolutions will be set into place when Sun connects with Pluto on June 16th. Between that time there will be a great deal of information streaming into our life that has a place on the resolution table. As information continues to stack up higher and higher, our movement into June brings us the FIVE month that emphasizes change. Friday, the 3rd, Mars moves into Leo, emphasizing creativity, self-expression and creative use of the Divine spark. This shift into Leo ignites the FIVE month of information and change which will ultimately spot light the stack of information that is growing taller and taller that will ultimately become the resolutions we seek.

The month of June is universally a FIVE month, emphasizing change, information, communication and major adjustments. The shift of focus from May’s efforts and tasks accomplished from the long hours of burning the midnight oil to June’s events bring us the welcomed breakthrough. These long hours and disciplined efforts from May have successfully shifted the field to one being filled with budding plants prolific with fruit bearing blossoms. June brings our attention to the possibilities that exist now for situations to really move forward in positive, exciting ways. FIVE also deals with travel and seeing new environments, which open our consciousness to allow new concepts into our perspective. The Full Moon on the 11th, emphasizes the many avenues that are now available to us and the opportunities that have become prominent because of our massive efforts from May. On the 16th, Sun connects with Pluto that shines the light on all of the information that continued to be stacked higher and higher that shifts the balance and levels the playing field for resolution to become a part of this month. On the 19th, the winds of change blow in all the possibilities now that the field is level and resolution becomes a reality. Uranus opens the door for many changes to come into the pictures that were not possible before because of the lack of information and the lopsided field of activity. The New Moon on the 25th gives us a new lease on our emotional security, giving us a new sense of optimism and inner happiness.
