hey. check out falconastrology.com. the forums on asteroids explore a lot of different asteroids. i mean there are a lot of things in a birth chart that can explain romanticism, especially neptune and venus (im one of them too!) and some leo stuff. but a lot of asteroids have helped me understand my romantic life SOO much. worth checking out.x Q IP: Logged |

i have quite the romance predicament... my cancer sun and leo moon make me greatly romantic and needy... but... my venus is situated in gemini in the 11th house. so when it comes to love, my primal, essential instinct is to cling, but then there's all that venus stuff that makes me totally skeptical... anyone else experience something like this? ------------------ Cancer Sun/Leo Moon/Leo Rising/Sun and Moon in 12th House. That would explain why I'm so hopelessly romantic: Pisces Rising, Pisces cusp Sun in the 12th House, Moon and Mercury in the 12th House, Venus square Neptune and Neptune sextile Ascendant. Talk about walking around with your head in the clouds and wearing rose-colored glasses. What happens when you realize that the great love you've always dreamed about will never become a reality though ? Then what do you do?~Rebekka IP: Logged |

rebbeka, you have to think that the wrong thing is what you have imaging, what you have expected...not the love that you find, that is always a gift despite it is not what you have imaging, despite it hurts, it could be not perfect but that doen´t make it worse, just different, surprising, challenging, that is what make you grow, learn... prove of ot is that in a synastry chart it is important to have some challenging aspects with your couple, the best charts are not the ones with only easy aspects...the goos thing is to learn how to adapt to each other, to learn to be happy together, if that is done from the begining so, what you have to do the rest of your life?you have to understand tha life is the way, not the goal, what is really important is to move on, to evolve, to grow not to go anywhere...that is life and also love... that is how I feel about it.hope it hepls

I'd say it depends a lot on what's in your 7th house and where your Venus is placed I think. I also have a Venus in Leo and I think I'm pretty much a lovesick romantic too. But my Venus is also in 7th house which seals the deal. Oh, and if you have Sun in 7th house. That's a painful one, I know a couple of people with that and it makes you yearn for another human almost unbearably so. Probably Neptune in 7th would be like that, too, at a guess. Making you constantly fantasise about love? Can you namedrop a few placements? IP: Logged |

Well, I have my Venus in my 1st House in Aries, so that could be part of it too. But my 7th House is empty. Is that bad? My chart is pretty unbalanced, come to think of it. Four planets in the 10th, 3 in the 12th, 1 in the 1st, 1 in the 2nd and 1 in the 8th. Sometimes I panic so much about my chart, I think about changing my birthdate to make it better, lol. Is that ridiculous?~Rebekka IP: Logged |

Hey Q, do you ever wish you had certain placements so badly (for whatever reason) that you find the birthdate that would have it? I feel dumb admitting it, but I keep wanting to change my birthday so my chart is more like what I want it to be. Does anybody else do that too? Why is that anyway?~Rebekka IP: Logged |

Man, I have the double whammy going on - Venus in Leo, tightly squaring Neptune in the 12th house, in Scorpio. Thank God for my Saturn/Venus trine or I may have jumped off a bridge by now. IP: Logged |

I have venus in pisces in the 10 square to my jupiter/neptune conj in sag in the 6th. I used to be a very open helpless romantic - now it's in the closet trying to re-emerge. With my venus I found that I fell in love with love and just needed to have somebody need me and I would have given him the world.Luckily, I have learned to not settle for every guy that comes by and have gained some objectivity. At times I think I can be too unconditional and nonjudgemental to the point where it is not good for me. The romantic things I like......mushy music (though I can stomach it now), candle light dinners and candle light bubble baths, soft classical music, moonlit walks etc...... Inner IP: Logged |

Oh! I absolutely love those sort of things! I always dreamed of a guy coming along who would send me roses and sweet poems. Take me out to dinner on a balcony on a clear night with the moon full and bright. Go on picnics in the park and I adore the idea of moonlight walks. *melts* If only guys like that existed .... do they?~Rebekka IP: Logged |
