In considering how many planets that one has retrograde in their chart, would one consider the True Node or not? Thanks in advance! Love IP: Logged |

The North Node's normal rotation is retrograde so, I wouldn't think that if yours is retro, that it would necessarily be counted... but, I'm not entirely sure. I, personally, have the North Node direct... at least by astro.com's chart... have not one clue what it means but, I consider mine 'retrograde'... Hopefully, something in that made some sense ... ~ geminstone IP: Logged |

The Nodes actually travel in the opposite direction from the planets, so retrograde nodes are like direct planets. At present, to my knowledge, the meaning of this has not yet been revealed, so most astrologers give no heed to the direction of them in the natal chart. ------------------ You are a blessing and you are blessed.
