Author Topic:   Asteroids DayDreamer unregistered posted May 28, 2006 02:01 AM               Sooo many of them...hundreds of thousands and counting...have been recently discovered in the asteroid belt. So how are they properly named and how has their descriptions been alloted to them?? Guess the same question can be asked of Planets. Im asking about asteroids because there are just so many of them in this solar system....too many to give ancient mythological names to.
