Peace, what do you mean? Do you mean an ascendant that sits right on the very end/beginning of two signs?

If so, I don't believe so. Your 1st house cusp only occupies one degree, so it's either at the end of one sign, or the beginning of the next.

Some astrologers believe that date Virgo/ Libra cusp.So maybe it's possible to have cusp ascendants.

No, Taurus80 - it's still in the 29th degree of Gemini. 53 "minutes" & 9 "seconds" left to go before it reaches 1 degree Cancer.

However, being that close to the end, if your birth time is off by even 15 minutes, you very well could be Cancer rising.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you're either one or the other. That goes for your Sun too. One or the other. - Of course, other's may not agree - it's open to personal interpretation.

My sister’s asc is Gemini 0’42deg I originally thought she had a Taurus asc. Honestly, there’s nothing Taurus-y about her. She’s overly active, talks a mile a minute and doesn’t eat much!! I’m kidding - but honestly she‘s too busy playing to eat.
She is stubborn, however her Sun is fixed.

My husband's a 0d or 1d Scorp Asc, and he seems pretty Scorpio-Asc't-ish.

He can be chatty and charming, but I'll point to his 3rd House Aqua Sun on that one.
