I was a smoker for a number of years, but my Neptune isn't retrograde. If I had to blame it on anything it would be my Gemini ascendant.IP: Logged |

Funny this came up today. I am on day three of quitting smoking (AGAIN) and my Neptune IS in Retro so there you go. It's true for me anyway.By the way, quitting smoking is not fun. Love IP: Logged |

I blame it on the fact that I started before I had formed my personality, which is, essentially, everything anti-smoking...... and that as a result, I am conflicted with relearning new coping skills/habits' stupid-comforts, with wanting, really wanting to be healthy.
Also, if people tell me not to do something, I generally do it.
I'm stupid like that.

whoaaa, pix.. very similar story here but I haven't managed to articulate it as well as you. I'm a vegetarian, bordering on vegan.. am very environmentally and health conscious, and a smoker (started when I was just a wannabe badass punk teenager).

Yeah, I quit at the beginning of 2005 and was good for 10 months. Now I'm on Day 5 and as long as I don't ever have to leave my house or actually speak to anyone I think I'll be A-OK.Love IP: Logged |

actually even the thought of smoking puts me off.
i run away from ppl who smoke cos feel threatened n sick being near them,ie the smoke gets to me...cant breathe...cough...IP: Logged |

i have a direct neptune, at the apex of a t-square, and its a fire singleton.I smoke cigs, i smoke pot, dont drink anymore... in fact i am smoking a ciggy now. I have been smoking for 10 years now, and it wasnt cigs that started me off... it was joints mixed with tobacco... If only i had stuck with pipes for the pot! :head desk: IP: Logged |
